What a lovely find this was. Out of the centre of Amsterdam so quiet, so blissfully quiet. Just a few minutes walk (via an underpass) from Amstel station (itself just a few minutes' train ride from Centraal Station). Lovely room, huge, comfy bed, good shower, I thought we were the only guests there, it turned out that the hotel was...

great place to stay. staff were very kind and helpful. coffee was lovely. beautiful view, quiet room and great location toilet were a bit smelly but otherwise very comfortable and clean. Could do with a bit more staff at check out un sundays as it was pretty chaotic and had to wait for 20mn, but still friendly and dedicated.

Friendly staff. Room is spacious clean, and comfortable and very efficient for the price you pay, the shower in the room was also nice. Only downside was that it's not very close to the city centre but this was not an issue at all as the train station was 2 minutes away. Could not complain at all.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. I wanted to be close to the University sportscience park as well as not too far from the museum district. The staff is very helpful, with all my questions. I was able to rent a bike, and ate two meals at the restaurant. The menu caters to all and I...

The hotel is well located within walkable distance to Amstel train and metro station that would be rather convenient to access both the city centre and airport. Staff is surprisingly friendly, helpful and cheerful. The room is neat and tidy and I am glad the hotel provides electric kettle that could bring me some warmth in the winter. Breakfast is...

I think the basic amenity any hotel should have is toothpaste, esp. when you are paying 100+ euros a night. I asked this morning, and they said they didn't have any, and I could go to the station to buy some. (10 min walk away). I was annoyed and told them a hotel should keep toothpaste, and receptionist just looked...

HI Urvashi, First of all, I am so sorry to read your review, as I learn we disapointed you with having no toothpaste and a service which was not pro-active. Your opinion is valuable and your example is so concrete, we can learn from this situation. The toiletries will soon be refilled thanks to your feedback. I do hope we...

Very close to the Amstel station, where you can get either a bus, or a tram, or the metro. Breakfast with plenty of options and delicious! Staff very kind and attentive. Very clean. I'll probably be back soon!

The hotel is situated in a good, clean and safe neighborhood. There is a big chain supermarket just 5 min walk, the metro station is very near. Staff is very helpful, room is clean but its a little bit small, lobby is amazing, you are gonna enjoy sitting there. Totally recommend this hotel, specially for young people.
