Not handicapped accessible at all, or even people with any difficulty on stairs. Halls are dirty, bathrooms are gross, rooms are closets, paint is stained and peeling, smells like mold or urine in the rooms and halls. VERY expensive and cancellation rules are nonexistent (no refunds or cancellations under any circumstances). In short, avoid at all costs, you have been...

Awful - No wonder They make you pay in advance before checking in. Do not stay here. I know you are considering it, even if you are desperate, just save yourself a nightmare - this is the most disgusting hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. I would elect to sleep next to the canal on the...

We were pleased to find a place close to Vondelpark when planning this trip to Amsterdam, and thought it looked like quite a bargain. Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed when we saw our room. It was small, and the bathroom was even smaller. It was difficult to navigate between the bed and the door to the bathroom, and the window looked...

Anyone with difficulty walking would struggle staying here! We stayed on third floor and there was no lift so had to carry our luggage up six flights of stairs! To keep your luggage in hold at the hotel you also had to carry it down a flight or narrow stairs! Good location and continental Breakfast was nice! Good customer service

On arrival of location of hotel is fine, checked in only for not to be given the right direction to our rooms, and the stair are not really designed for carrying suitcases up! The carper needs replacing so does the flooring to the small restaurant area. Rooms are adequate although the ensuite i had was abit to be desired, the...

I paid €230 euros to stay in a room the size of a broom cupboard and share a bathroom. Unfortunately I didn't book the business trip and so was unaware of the shared bathroom until I arrived. The bathroom was dirty with mould growing on the grout. The room was so small I could barely open my suitcase, despite the...

I had a very small room with windows-on-the-top, located on 3rd floor. No elevator, wifi worked just fine, except for a few hours in the morning. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Cannot rate the breakfast, cause I didn't buy it.

This hotel was a big disappointment, although the location was fine the actual building was in need of renovation. Imagine our surprise on arrival to be directed to the garden shed which was our accomadation, I could not describe it as a room as the decor resembled a turn of the century poor house complete with miniature shower room. How...

The hotel is very standard but it perfectly fine I'd you just want somewhere to put your head down. You can use tram 2 and 5 to get into Dam square which doesn't stop from the hotel. There isn't much around that area to see or do however the van gogh place (think I spelt that right) isn't fad away....

The room was #108 it was cramped and tiny at top of stairs on first floor. About 6ft x8ft. No window, very hot and stuffy. The wall was warm to the touch as though there was a boiler or heating of some kind behind it. Very noisy outside door as people walked by and doors slammed. There is a ceiling...
