We went to Amsterdam for 3 days and this hotel is in the center of the city and close to all place to visit. We walked by foot for all days. The room is very clean and comfortable and they also are very friendly. Perfect for us for a weekend!

From the first moment we spoke to the owner he was rude, unco-operative and unfriendly and would mimic you when he didn't like what you said. The hotel would have to be in the worst location ever in the middle of restaurants and nightclubs noise continued up until around 5 am we had no sleep all night, people in the...

I see after all this time you still have this attitude. You came in complaining about stairs and later about noise. Our website and any website which has our hotel listed warns about the stairs and the noise at night in front of the hotel Yet you take no responsibility for your lack of knowledge and blame us. Good reception, staff helpful. Room super clean, good bathroom. No coffee and tea facilities in can't log onthe room, but they are available from reception. Wifi good enough for emails etc. I will book here again, location is spot on in the middle of everything, just next to Rembrandt Square. Definitely recommend. We were in room 22, on the 3rd...

We stayed three nights at Hotel Imperial. We chose a back standard room that was silent and cozy. We had breakfast in a coffee shop near the hotel and the owner kindly refunded 5 euro a day for person at the check out. The Hotel Imperial is in the city centre close to Rembrandtplein. Every corner of the city is...

At first the owner appeared to be nice but at the end of the stay proved to be false and unfriendly. Not returned in the value of last day breakfast and despite the returned value breakfast the other day made it bad guy and teasing. It proved to be false and unsympathetic. Although the location is good, the hotel is...

Breakfast is from 07:00 to 11:00. I believe that is standard in most hotels. If you give me receipts for a time after - 12:30, for instance - that is lunch. If you miss the hotel's breakfast, no hotel is going to pay you to have lunch.

At first they seem to be nice and helpfull but in the end of the stay, the owner started to be more unpleasant. He didn´t gave us the money of the last breakfast and was a little 'false' in us deal. He didn´t want to give us the money of the remaining days of breakfast because involved with the time...

Sitting just steps away from Rembrandt Square; with restaurants, bars and of course coffeeshops all around - this little, budget friendly hotel,is just what we needed for our 4 nights stay in Amsterdam. Even though we had to keep the window open to fight some strange smell, the rooms were clean, comfy, and pretty decent. The staff was relatively kind...

Really friendly owner and very helpful. Would happily stay here again as it is brilliantly located for walking/biking access to all of the old cities charms including tram access and eateries. Small and understated it has pretty much all you need - except an elevator :).
