Stayed here for 3 nights in room 207. This is a lovely hotel with a lovely relaxed feel but with staff always on hand. Our room was stylish and cozy with a very comfortable bed. The room was quiet and we definitely had a good nights sleep here. Good choice for breakfast - meusli, hams, cheeses, yoghurts and breads. This...

The Max Brown hotel is located near 2 bridges in the canal district and in my opinion this is the most picturesque spot in the city. Lots of good restaurants around and it was a great place to spend a weekend. The self-service breakfast is a bit chaotic as everyone arrives at once and finding a table to eat at...

I would have given 5 stars if my room was not located on the ground floor. Very noisy, so close to reception and bar. I complained with the reception and they offered me a good alternative. So well done guys. Located in a very posh area. Price is fair. Room and bathroom very clean. N.B. best body cream that I've...

Very small, quirky rooms, good for price and location. Breakfasts simple but nice. Nice staff and lovely bar area too. What lets it down is noise. Rooms not that well insulated and neighbouring building are doing construction from 8.00 am. Stayed a couple of times and if you get a good room in a good spot with a good price...

We recently visited Amsterdam for two days having never been before. This hotel was very quaint and provided us with everything we could need! The staff were always helpful and accommodating. The hotel is very central to everything and especially close to the Christmas canal lights. Nice hotel to come back to from out in the cold. This was a very unique place to stay, not your everyday chain hotel. The staff made sure we were comfortable and the European style breakfast was very enjoyable. On our final day, we went to our room and they had cleaned the room and left a bag of cookies on the bed. The rooms were small but very cozy and...
