1st impressions of this hotel were good, lobby is nice, but we were greeted by some strange woman on her high horse who seemed to have already made her opinions on us as we walked into the building, spoke to us like crap pn the bottom of her shoe and as if we were children (6 of us ages between...

We had the top floor,8 flights of stairs no elevator, no toilet no shower in room, shared toilet on top floor so small you can't sit on the toilet, shower on a floor down very dirty, bedroom smelled, the only thing we like was the foyer and breakfast, the rest is to be desired

I'm usually easily pleased and only use my room for somewhere to sleep and leave my bags but the rooms at this place are the pits. The shared bathrooms are disgusting. It's a shame because its in an excellent location. I loved the street it's in,plenty going on. On the plus side the one member of staff we met was...

We stayed at the Quentin Arrive Hotel for two nights for my sister's hen do. After reading the reviews here I was a bit nervous, but the negative reviewers seem to have unrealistic expectations for what a 1* hotel is! It was exactly what we were hoping for! To start with, the location is excellent. It's a short walk to...

The hotel is close to the train station and walkable to some tourist places, i stayed in a Single room, the bed was confortable, the room had a good size and the wi-fi was for free in the room. Breakfast was not included in the cost of the room but there are some places to buy food in the street,...

Stayed in a single-person budget room with shared bathroom facilities. The room was very basic - small but about what I would expect for the price. The shared bathroom and toilet were also very basic. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are two other big plusses for this place. One is the location - it's on a terrific street...

The only decent quality about this "hotel" is the location, which is very close to Central Station and convenient to international and local transportation. Free Wi-Fi upgraded my review from 0 to 1 Star. The Staff were very unresponsive to rude. Every time I came and left the hotel, the front desk attendant (the infamous Australian) would interrogate me on...

Stayed here last year on a trip with some friends, it was a last minute booking so we went with this. Room was clean and spacious and friendly staff. We actually booked a room without a bathroom, but due to a booking issue they upgraded us to an en-suite at no extra charge as it was their fault. Can't complain....

Bailed out of this place after one night, despite having booked and paid in advance for four. My single room with a narrow twin bed was only the width of the window -- stretching both my arms let me easily touch both walls. But I couldn't open the floor-to-ceiling window during a heat wave without losing privacy and maybe risking...
