Shame this hotel is getting negative reviews below. We found we have a lovely stay. No there's no sheets but they provide duvets which are much warmer and cosier I'm sure if you wanted a sheet they would happily provide one! The bed was really comfy, and the room was very warm The stairs aren't dangerous I assume all buildings...

Good points Close to centre Room cleaned everyday. Bad points Shower didn't work properly Carpet stained Dangerous stairs Brick pillows (which will cripple you Moody staff Poor security No luggage room so bags left at own risk. This is a basic hotel nothing more nothing less but like most accommodation you get what you pay for.

No sheets, they don't use them. Bad pillows, very poor wifi in room and front desk. noisy neighbors in other rooms above us. housekeeping skipped one day and opened the door while we were inside!! The knocked and I answered, but they didn't wait. Although I must say, polite people at front desk. I don't recommend it.

Family city break. Location of the hotel is excellent within walking distance of all the sights. Fabulous family room loads of space for 4 adults, comfy beds, warm, great bathroom always hot water. Got the bus from the airport and it drops you off round the corner from the hotel 5 min walk. We got a taxi back to the...

I was very pleasantly surprised, I booked two rooms for myself, my girlfriend and another couple at a very reasonable cost. Both were perfectly acceptable. I honestly can't understand many of the complaints if you want a 5* room pay a 5* price. The rooms were small and slightly cramped but were very clean. They had everything needed and the...

Everything good.Close to the downtown, 150 m to supermarket, bars and restaurants 10-50m.Nice staff.BUT if they offer you room in the basement ask is it room number 16?! So offer me bigger discount or breakfast half of price.Room nice but we could smell everyday breakfast from 5am and noises from same time.

We booked with Expedia for our family half term trip. To our horror we were given a basement room for three days, we have young children and in the evening we come back early to the hotel, so we expected a pleasant room. The internet was patchy to say the least, possibly because we were deep down. The glass panel in...

Room wreaked of tobacco smoke. I couldn't fall asleep because my pillow smelled so bad. We complained but were told all rooms were taken and evidently air freshener is difficult to find in Amsterdam (per manager). Due to circumstances beyond our control (Norwegian Air cancelled our flight), we were forced to miss first 2 nights of reservation and even though...

Was mine and my friend's first time in Amsterdam and when we arrived the staff were so welcoming and polite. They were very helpful with travel info etc. The hotel was very clean and the beds were so comfy! Will definitely be coming back again soon.
