Had to wait for 20 minutes before somebody showed up to check in.
Got a room in an adjacent house; very spacy ... but so oldfashioned and outdated. Cleaning was so so; Entrance of that house .... pffff just for one time ok.
I visited Amsterdam on 8-10/4 and stays in this hotel. It's small nice hotel really close on foot to many important places. And just a 2' walk from Waterloo station.
Clean and renovated rooms, a bit narrow though.

The location of the hotel is great, on a not very busy street right on a canal and close to main sites in Amsterdam. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were there for only one night and the small bedrooms did not present a problem...More
