Very good service. There is no elevator but the staff is very helpful and can help you with the luggage. Narrow and steep stairs make it difficult for persons with bad legs. The staff helps you with all kind of bookings for museums, Canal and buses. God recommendations for restaurants. Nice breakfast and you can ask for different kind of...

A great stay due to location (the neighborhood streets not crazy busy but within walking distance of all the sites we wanted to see), quality of accommodations, full breakfast and especially the friendliness and helpfulness of staff, especially Catelgne and Anna.

A good choice.. a canal view from our hotel. Nice hotel staff. Near the tram line. The only thing that made me laugh was I had a communication with the hotel about the romance/flowers package.. Instead of that they put a birthday package with baloons.. jajaja.. luckily it was my bday that day so no big deal. I recomment this...

We booked a short stay to Amsterdam and after searching decided to book The Canal Hotel. The hotel kindly advised us of the alternative ways to reach the hotel, taxi €50 or train and tram. We decided to get the train from Schiphol at €4.90 each one way and it was easy to follow. The train ride is 20 mins...

My wife and I were so lucky to find this place. It's rears up to a picturesque canal that's a short jaunt to the city center. Everything is conveniently in walking distance. The hotel itself is really quaint and nice and the staff is very attentive. When we arrived we were greeted by Emma and Ann who were very hospitable...

Very nice boutique hotel with a great breakfast. Located a little outside the city center, but a short bike ride to anything. I booked via hotels tonight for 150 euros, which was an excellent value. Despite my discounted rate the night clerk gave me a nice room with a terrace (this was on the first ("basement" floor) -- I saw...

We stayed 4 nights in room 106 - a large comfortable room with three windows overlooking the canal. Well appointed bathroom with "rain" shower and Jacuzzi bath. Very comfortable bed (Haastens) . Quiet at night . Breakfast was a mix of continental with additional omelettes/scrambled/boiled eggs. Fresh fruit and smoothies (liked the mango). It's an east route from the airport...

This is a lovely hotel in 2 canal houses side-by-side - one called "Amsterdam Canal Residence" and the other Hotel, though they are the same, I believe. We stayed in a room for 4 people, a small separate bedroom was off the main room, king size bed in the main room and 2 singles/one double in the smaller room. Worked...
