Though the location's nice in the centre of the city, the staff were dismissive, rude and generally unhelpful. They acted like they just wanted to be left alone. Also, bathrooms were incredibly cramped.

From the outside the hostel looks lovely. Brilliant location!
However we were on the 8th floor (twin bedroom ) and there aren't any lifts. The stairs are very steep and after a long day walking around, they can be hard to climb.
