Nice hotel the staff are for the most part friendly and helpful. We had issues with booking, we booked with booking.com in 2019 and was told we could pay at the property. When we arrived at the property we were told it was a card only hotel and we had brought cash to pay, we were also told the city tax had gone up since booking so we had to pay extra. We were slightly annoyed booking.com did not make us aware of this, but to make up for this the receptionist very nicely gave us a free breakfast for the next morning. Luckily, we had brought our debit card to pay for the booking, however we will incur a charge with our bank for this. The room was very big and was very nice, we had the corona room which was really different and inventive. The room was okay, the floors were dirty so you could not walk around without shoes on, the shower smelt fousty and was difficult to shower without getting the bathroom floor wet. There was also no wardrobe but there was a cabinet that was provided, the door was not secured to the cabinet correctly. The room had a microwave, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities, the cups and microwave weren’t very clean though. We also put a sign on the door asking for the room to be cleaned and this was not done. There was also a rip in the bedding. The breakfast was not worth the price they advertised for it, we went for breakfast early, and already all of the juice was used and not replenished and there wasn’t a huge amount to eat. Overall, it was okay you could stay there for a few days but I wouldn’t stay again.

We visited teleport hotel for my boyfriend’s birthday. I was very happy to receive some birthday decor in the room free of charge from the hotel! They gave us 2 small champagne bottles, two chocolates, two heineken cans and some balloons with no charges from their end which was very appriciated :) This was our second time at the hotel - we visited two years ago. The receptionist Giuseppe welcomed us and was very helpful and fun to speak to! Something I would change as it was a bit disappointing and very annoying was the sand in our room. There is a sandy outside area therefore a lot of sand travel which we understand but when we first entered the room there was already sand on the tv table and on the floor. It was okay for the first night as we thought the room would be cleaned/ vacuumed but the situation only got worse as more sand came into the room and it was never cleaned therefore we had sand even in our beds and everywhere which was very very annoying. Other than that our stay was very good and staff were friendly. But a small thing like sweeping or vacuuming the rooms from the sand would have made the perfect stay especially that we only stepped a foot in the sand area once in our 5 day stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Telepor Hotel. Super chill and super friendly place to stay and also really clean and stylish facilities. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and always ready to help with any questions which just immediately made us feel happy and relaxed there. It's also a great location and you can get to central station really easily on the train within a few minutes. There's a Spar nearby where you can get essentials and the litle kitchen in the room has what you need for preparing something simple. Best of all it's pet friendly!!!

We stayed in this hotel at the weekend and had an excellent time. Initially on arrival there was a mix up with our booking, but that was fixed very quickly with no hassles. The location of this hotel is great, only a few minutes walk from Sloterdijk station. The staff at the hotel were always super friendly. The hotel itself was good too. The rooms were clean, beds were really comfortable. It’s not exactly the most modern but it had a microwave, fridge and coffee machine and overall it was perfect for what we wanted. Our only complaint was the sand from the smoking area which ends up dragged through the room and eventually into the bed. Would have been really handy if there was a sweeping brush just left in the room to give it a quick sweep when needed. Although I’m sure if I asked reception to borrow a brush they would have obliged I just didn’t! Anyway great hotel for the price!

Great hotel for couples or young people. Our king studio was also perfect. Only suggestions that I have is to have slippers in the room because of the sand outside that unfortunately comes in the room. And there are no nightstands so had to use the chair with wheels on it which was fine.
Breakfast is awesome and if you ask them they make you eggs, pancakes, waffles...
Very nice and helpful staff. Location is great, not too far from the center by train (intercity or sprinter). There is a little Spar supermarket nearby that is open from 6 to 24 everyday. Great pizzas from the Marmaris restaurant near the supermarket.

Clean, with lots of space. We had a kitchenette in the room with microwave and refrigerator, TV, WIFI. Plus, we had a Foosball table in the room!! The kids loved it. We stayed there 10 days. Also, lots of young people around but it was quiet, we were never bothered by noise. The train station is 5 minutes walk (10 minutes ride to Amsterdam Central), and the same for the closest grocery store. Parking was plenty and free, washing and drying was $5 for 1 load.

Had a great time. The stay at Amsterdam Teleport hotel was very comfy ( booked through Booking.com). The hotel is a 10 min walk 800 m feom Sloterdijk Train station. Check in was smooth and hotel collected a 6 Euro additional tourist tax from us. The standard double room was clean and well equipped with additional coffee maker, microwave, fridge electric kettle a built in kitchenette (few utensils) a safe and a small plug in fan. The room was missing tissue papers and when asked from reception they said could only provide toilet paper besides having an empty tissue paper casing installed on the washroom wall. The entrance and lobby was a bit dirty with dirt and sand all over the floor and stairs. The receptionist gave us a free pizza (mid size) voucher for their restaurant across the road. The pizza (Mediterranean) was tasty but lady at the restaurant did not let us have table at the restaurant unless we order anything else along with free pizza also. The City Centre or Centrum can be accessed by train from Sloterdijk Station to Central Station in a 7 min ride @ 3.60 euro per person or by tram at 10 min walk from the hotel.

I am w regular guest at the teleport hotel because of the wonderful staff. They always welcome me back with their sincere positive energy so thats why teleport is/was 1st choice when i needed to book a hotel.
Today i wanted to extend my stay for the night but i’ve forgot my wallet at the friend i visited the night before. When i check in the staff always tell me that if there is anything i can do for them i could please let them know so i went to the reception and asked if it would be a problem of i paid for My extending at 16u instead of 14u cause i had to wait till i got My wallet Back. Ofcourse that was no problem. 30 minutes later when i got back to get My keys the manager Who i never had met before told Me in the most rude way that i could not get the keys back or enter my room till i’ve paid. A fyi this would have been My 3d night. I asked him if he Maybe could contact one of the other managers because he didnt know me and if he talked to them they could have told him Who i was cause i am 100% positive that none of them would make a problem. But his anderen was that he was the boss that day AMD he didnt need to talk to anybody. . The poor Guy was insulted an Needs to prove his authority. Its so childish. I Will miss the wonderfull staff who’ve Made me enjoy My stays but because of him i Will never come back cause i dont like to be disrespected. And dont Get me wrong. It wasnt about what he Saïd but how he Said it cause i respect every hotels policy and rules

I love this hotel very much: it is now the only one I use during my stays in Amsterdam.

The Amsterdam Teleport Hotel it is less than a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam Sloterdijk Train Station, and the many trains reach Amsterdam Centraal Station in less than 5 minutes also: so it's very very easy to move in the city!

The staff is super friendly! The rooms are very spacious and clean, they have a kitchenette (with fridge and microwave), and private toilets and showers.

The breakfast is very good and offers a very wide choice of food and drink (cold meats, cheeses, many fruits and vegetables, different breads, many jams, honeys, pastries, tea, coffee, pancakes, eggs, omelettes, etc.)

I liked my stay overall. Cleaning standards can definitively use some improvement though. The fridge and the toilet were not very clean upon arrival. I did not know how to work out the bedside lights (or they were broken) so had to use my phone for light and kept forgetting to report this. However, I reported another issue with the heating which was solved on the same day so I'm sure the light issue would have been fixed too. Loved the breakfast (especially appreciated the fact that there is bread wrapped in cling film as well so you can make your own sandwich). The staff of the accommodation are all friendly, kind and easygoing people! You really get the feeling they go out of their way to make sure you have the best stay possible. The place is quite original in terms of decor and design. I saw a lot of people with dogs so it must be dog-friendly too, which is a bonus. Thank you!

Hi, I don't know how much a taxi would be, other than expensive. But, it is possible to take public transport to the hotel. Go to 'Uilenstede' which you can get to by regional train, metro, tram and bus. Take bus 69 from the airport.

We had a room with our own bathroom within the room, as is usual. However most had a separate bathroon, just for them not communal, across the corridor which I think was termed a ‘private’ bathroom - but not very convenient. It’s a great place to stay, but book one properly en-suite.
