Overall a clean comfortable room, but nothing special & far too warm, we stayed 4 nights, turning off heating on first day did nothing to cool it, window barely opens. The view from our room must be the worst I have ever seen. Good central location, but night staff fairly unhelpful & a bit rude? Didn't, breakfast here it seemed...

This hotel is right beside the cathedral in Haarlem, and is an ideal base for exploring the town. Our room was warm, clean and comfortable . We did not have any meals there but breakfast was available. The entrance hall is dated with dozens of clocks and other memorabilia cluttering it. There were also items of old furniture dotted around...

I'd booked into "Joop's Hotel" which is part of the same complex as the Ambassador, but was upgraded to the Ambassador City Centre Hotel on arrival. The hotel is located directly opposite De Grote Kerk, the main church in the heart of town. Short strolls to the railway station, main shopping street, cafes and restaurants and also attractions such as...

This Hotel is only for a short tourist visit of approx. 3 - 4 days. If you are lucky you get a refurbished room with shower cubicle. Many rooms have not even a curtain and after the shower the whole bathroom is flooded! As there is no Bar or Restaurant, during cold and rainy periods , you need to go...

The hotel entrance was promising, looks very fancy and a bit posh. So offcourse we were excited. But the looks were a bit deceiving. The room itself was simple as the bathroom in a way that is nog bad, but it didn't look very clean. The carpet on the floor is stained all over and the bed matras felt old...

Hotel lobby was uniquely decorated with the owners clock collection which was also featured in antiquebahrain magazine. Room was spacious and clean. Although it is not sound proof as I can hear everything sound if the next room. Wifi was free and fast. Breakfast has less variety but service of Evelyn, breakfast attendant was great. We enjoyed the croissant and...

We sleep there during a bicycle tour. The sleeping room was nice but a liitle bit loud (saturday evening). The bicycles have to stay during the night in the atrium - not in a seperate room!! The breakfast the we got in morning was terrible. It was not included in the nightly rate, so I recommend "take" your breakfast somewhere...

This hotel overlooks the church and is seconds from the market square. The location is perfect to spend time in Haarlem. with many restaurants on the doorstep. The room was big and clean and the bed comfortable. The downside is the bathroom which gets flooded just like its sister hotel, The Joops Haarlem is a bit upmarket so expect to...

The hotel is perfectly located for getting to shops, restaurants and enjoying the town. However the room was far too warm as it had no air conditioning and there was a lot of noise from the church bells opposite.

The monumental Ambassador City Centre Hotel is located in the historic heart of the city of Haarlem facing the St. Bavo Church. For city trippers this friendly hotel is an excellent choice. From the hotel, all the fun and interesting attractions can be easily reached. The train station is only a five-minute walk from the hotel. All rooms in the Ambassador City Centre Hotel*** are non-smoking. The stylish rooms are all marked by their unique interiors. A number of rooms also have a gorgeous view of the St. Bavo Church. The other rooms are at the rear of the hotel where you can rest peacefully in the heart of the city. Because of our unique location we are not allowed to offer our own parking facilities or discounts. In the hotel's surroundings there are public parking facilities available at an additional charge. We recommend parking in parking garage 'Appelaar' about 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Ambassador City Centre Hotel guarantees you an atmospheric stay in an ambiance in which you will feel at home immediately. The hotel offers all facilities you need for a weekend away or a long stay, for a leisure or a business trip.
