Difficult access to the reception (open from 16:00 to 22:00 only) thru the very narrow stairs when you carry a luggage. Good points: coffee and tea available 24/7, WiFi, comfortable room. Improvement needed: old TV with broken remote (did not mention it to reception since we have arrived late at night and was closed), no A/C in the room, view from the window does not exist, water from the shower spreads out in the bathroom (no shower curtain should solve the issue), no soap for the hand wash sink, bathroom window cannot be opened and the small ventilator does not exhaust the vapors from the shower. Overall it is an economic "hotel" that could easily and with minimum efforts be much better in customer experience and satisfaction.

There was no lift to our floor so we had to climb up the stairs. There was no soap at the washbasin and just 2 little packs of shower gel for 2 people for 2 nights. One bed was just under the ceiling.

The lobby of the hotel is on the first floor and it is a combination with the kitchen where they prepare the breakfast. Opposite the lobby is the breakfast area. My rooms was quite noisy and simle. The bed was quite soft. The showerplace was not made for big people but it was clean. Since I had a room above the breakfast area, I could smell that the scrambled eggs were ready in the morning. The breakfast was good. During the day you can take coffee and tea for free. It is a very simple hotel, but if you just have to sleep it might be ok.

We were planning to go to Amsterdam for the New Year's Eve and we found this Hotel not far from Amsterdam (30 min by motorbike). We spent 2 nights in here. The hotel is small and nice. Our room was large (especially the toilet), comfortable and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. There was nothing missing. Probably just a garage but 90% of the hotel we have seen around Amsterdam, were without garage. Another good point was the price: extremely competitive. I strongly recommend it.
