In de Kromme Jak is a small and excellent B&B in a quiet corner of the old town of Zwolle. There are three rooms on the 1st and second floor of the old house. They have all been recently refurbished to a very high standard (boutique hotel standard and quality) and everything is spotlessly clean. The rooms are big with sitting areas and very comfortable beds. They are cool, relaxing, and stylish. They are all air conditioned. Breakfast was included (espresso, fresh juice, bread, meat, cheese, yogurt etc.) and was very good, served in a small kitchen. You can make coffee/tea at any time here as well. The host (Margreet Zwart) was very welcoming. She stored our bicycles in the garage overnight. One of the best B&Bs you will ever stay in; highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay here in this B&B. We were staying with two persons in a house with two floors. Everything we needed was there. Kitchen and a place (tiny) to sit in the garden. The people of the B&B were friendly and easy going. The house was clean and comfortable. The city of Zwolle is amazing beautiful. The house is in the center of it. We enjoyed very much. Coming back for sure.

Very old, smells bad. No privacy as you when you walk out the shower you can meet the guy that lives upstairs. I rented for 3 days, one night a friend came over who slept in the other free room. Very impolite and rude communication with the housekeeper and charged more than 100€ extra for that one night. I was informed that we were filmed... Don't believe the good opinions, they seem not real. But, if you want to there I wish you all the luck.

We've stayed at many B & B's in several countries, and this one matches the best of them. I'ts within easy walking distance of a number of different places including Sassenport, the "Walking Bridge" and the downtown area with its restaurants, canal and market. Fleur, our host, happily served us a cozy breakfast in our large, spacious room (our table overlooked the quiet lane), and she was always willing to help us with anything. It's quiet and very relaxing here. The Dutch have a word for what this place is --"Jezellig." There is no direct translation so "very cozy" will have to do.

Lovely small enterprise, run by Margaret who lives on the same address. I was surprised when I got into the room as I expected it to be more humble, being a bed and breakfast. The room was bigger than any hotel room. It had a large panoramic window with plenty of natural light. Even though the bed was a little narrow it was so comfortable I actually slept like a log.730 am (not before) a great breakfast was ready with freshly baked bread. Her small two table breakfast room had everything you needed all through the day and night. A loaded mini fridge (u pay for whatever u use). Coffee and tea and cookie s free all day. U make them. there is alsovA lovely balcony if you smoke.
I'll definitely stay here again
