I spent four nights at the Rotterdam Marriott with my elderly parents. As a Marriott Gold Rewards Member, I am accustomed to VIP service, and the Rotterdam Marriott far exceeded my expectations. All of the staff were warm and welcoming. They were generous in arranging my parents stay, and even baked me a cheesecake when I asked if they had...

I stayed at this location for one night with my sister. We were going to a party at a nearby venue and decided to make a day out of it. The hotel has a great location. It's impossible to miss the huge tower when exiting the central station. Staff was friendly. We were able to check into our room even...

I was running the Rotterdam marathon this year and was advised to stay here as it is extremely close to the start and finish line.. and couldn't have been happier! Just across the station, the location is excellent. Rooms are nice and spacious with all the amenities . Free wifi and a good breakfast made this even better. Within a...

I had the luck to be out on the Executive Floor, got a room gift - some local handmade chocolates - and super views that felt like you could be in downtown Houston. Friendly staff, great room facilities (tho I couldn't open the fridge) including Illy coffee maker, nice toiletries, bath and separate shower, chaise long with table plus a...

We chose this hotel for the central location opposite the station and relative good value. We had a pleasant stay in a family room (3). The staff were helpful- recommended a local restaurant (Bazar) which was a success.

We have again chosen the Marriott Rotterdam for our stay - and again we are absolute satisfied! Check in is smooth, even one of our collegues room wasnt ready, so we headed up to the 10th Floor Executive lounge; The lounge is smaller than in other Marriotts, but you find beverages (hot cold) and snacks at specific times! Beds are...

A few steps away from central station. Great location. Friendly staff and efficient response to all our queries. I used the hotel as a business traveller and later as a family vacation hotel. Both experiences excellent. After we checked out and left by train to brussels daughter left behind her eyeglasses. I phoned hotel from brussels NEXT DAY and they...

Very comfortable hotel with good restaurant alongside the bar in the reception area. We stayed for one night and the service was very good. I was particularly grateful for the help I received after I'd checked out and I realised that I had left my passport in the room safe. The staff were very helpful, retrieved the passport and were...

Good breakfast, good location very close to central station and a short walk from city center. Maybe not the most welcoming check-in. The gym was ok. We had a room at executive level but no access to exec lounge. Good room service.

Thank RobJos
