Newly renovated when we stayed. Everything clean and new. Staff friendly. Breakfast was fine. Location good, Rotterdam CS and harbour area within walking distance. Very close to De Oude Binnenweg for good restaurants etc. No air conditioning, but air circulation was fine. Opened the window occasionally and turned on ventilator. Enjoyed stay.

Nice little boutique hotel. Well appointed, clean, centrally located. I needed to stay over one night with a colleague in order to meet up with a client early the following morning. Good discreet service. Nice rooms nd located in a street with plenty of cafes and eating places. Plus a 'cpffee shop' if you need to float away for a...

Emma hotel is a freshly renovated hotel and I believe after its recent renovation will get only 5 stars from its visitors. The most astonishing experience at the hotel was the booking procedure. We have arrived after 18:00 and 2 couples were in front of us who appeared to make a last-minute reservation like we intended to. Somehow the reservation...

As the other reviews state, Hotel Emma is wonderfully located in central Rotterdam. It is an easy walk from the train station, as well to the other touristy things to do in Rotterdam. It is also a great location for arrival or departing on a cruise ship. Very easy walk to the port (that is, if you're a walker) Tram...

If you take the train to Rotterdam Central Station, this hotel is about a 10 minute walk. You can easily go to the Maritime Museum, the Museum Park, Witte de Withstraat and the Erasmus Bridge. In other words, you are close to everything. The room is very comfortable except street front rooms will be noisy at night. My room included...

Hotel is located in the centrum of Rotterdam. We had a nice, modern, comfortable room with 3 beds. The Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is free and fast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too. The only negative thing for us was the parking. The hotel has a few parking places in the back but we had to...

We will be at the hotel in September 2016. Really like how the hotel with clients, even when they are far away. Communication takes place through email very efficiently. I hope that when we get to the hotel, the service will remain the same. Thank you!

Hotel is very central in Rotterdam. It's about a 10 minute walk from centraal station and around the same to the fabulous market hall. The room was spotless and had tea and coffee free of charge. The room felt more like a small apartment than a hotel and I loved it. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Both staff...

This hotel is most suitably situated as it is near to the station, the Metro and tram service. The Lijnbaan is a short walk from the hotel and offers a huge variety of shopping. On arrival we received a very friendly welcome and the staff proved to be most helpful throughout our two week stay. The room was very clean...

I had a small, but perfectly well appointed, single room in Hotel Emma. Location was quiet but central, only 10 minutes walk from the central station and with a tram stop right outside. Great breakfast included. Small roof terrace on the 3rd floor with a nice view of the city. Would definitely stay here again.
