Business or pleasure this hotel has all you need, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean with a good bed. TV, fridge, and wifi all fine. The breakfast also was of a good quality. The location for shops, bars and culture is excellent, and there are 3 record stores in the close vicinity, and the nearby excellent... More

This is a perfect hotel for travellers on a budget. It's bright, clean and comfortable. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was great - great variety and a very generous offer (cheeses, cold meats, eggs, yoghurt, breads, croissants, coffee, juice, etc etc). Everything was of high quality and they even offered fresh mint and lemon... More

Very friendly personnel at the Reception desk. It is a hotel for those who has a limited budget. No AC, just a fan. Close to the sea and the restaurants area, so you can have a nice boat trip and a decent meal. Modest hotel.

This hotel is well located in Rotterdam being close to the main station and well serviced by buses and trams. Rooms are a good price especially compared to other parts of the Netherlands. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our room price which was great. We found the staff very friendly and they were more than happy to help... More

I staid here during a conference at the Beurs business center. The breakfast is very good compared to other hotels in the Netherlands for that price range. The hotel room was clean, bathroom clean, bed was soft but good, no AC but vent. I had a lot of noise until 1am due to the restaurants and bars in front of... More

I was back in Rotterdam for a trade show, once again chose to stay at the Emma and once again was not disappointed. Emma is not a flashy five star hotel but provides excellent "home away from home"cleanliness, convenience and comfort. I was pleased to find that they had replaced the strange coffee machine in my room with a kettle as... More

Stayed here for 1 night on March the 1st. The rooms are great for the price and the Hotel is in the hart of the city centre. The rooms could do with a lick of paint but don't let this put you off, I only noticed this as the fridge in my room had been replaces with a smaller one.... More

Don't be fooled by the photos! The rooms are tiny and dark, even the superior room with the soaking tub. The hotel is seventy years old, and the rooms look like they were last re-designed in the 1970s. The doors are like airplane lavatory doors. The "minibar" was a wrecked mini-fridge which had to be unplugged when I needed to... More

Really nice clean and comfortable rooms and right in the city centre with loads to do all around. The bathroom is modern and has a great shower and the beds are great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Rotterdam.

We stayed at a corner room that had a large bathtub. I chose the hotel because of the location (near central station) and because of other reviews and it was a great choice, highly recommended! some things I would highlight: - Wifi was very good. - Despite the trams outside the windows would block all sound when closed. - There...
