Stayed here for 4 nights on business. The hotel is very dated. In need of a good modernisation. Check in wasn't until 3pm which was a pain for myself as I had been on nightshift and couldn't get to sleep until then. The rooms are very basic but the bed is comfy enough. The service in the hotel is very...

This carlton hotel from THE fletcher group was a real disaster . Lucky we booked only 1 night. Negative: too expensive. Although we had a voucher for one night won for 34 eur.we had to pay extra 65 euro because of the fact that this was a 4 star hotel. We had an executive room but even in there no...

The rooms are old, not well upkept, hot and generally bad. The sound insulation of the rooms are terrible. My boyfriend and I were kept up by slamming doors, people talking in the hallways and the people in the room above us were having some nighttime fun...we could hear everything. The shower is a letdown. My boyfriend is really tall...

We were in their hotel in Naaldwijk for lunch. Quality of food was so so good and do not understand that they need to charge for sauces which we never request. We were the only guests there so one can conclude how good is the place....

We recently spent 2 nights at the hotel with our 2 dogs and another couple, and can say we really enjoyed it. Plus points: The staff are really good 10/10. Speak excellent English which helped as our Dutch is non-existent and were always really friendly. The food was again really good. We had the 3 course meal the 1st night...

The place is located closed to the flower auction and there are not many choices... It is very old fashion, the bathroom smells weird, it really needs a re-decoration and new furniture and new hair dryer pleaseeeeeee. The heater is like from the past century. The only good thing here ...are the employees: all very nice and helpful

The room is well designed & comfortable but could do with better ventilation, especially in the bathroom to vent our the steam. Also bar soap is better than liquid soap dispensers fixed to the walls. Arriving by car its difficult to find the way in. Reception staff should be trained to look at guest not computer screen.

Positives: Free Wifi, big breakfast, nice beds, parking, friendly staff. Negatives: Shower in the bathroom, water cooker were really slow and should be improved. Although parking was good, they were no apparent signs showing where the hotel parking starts and where it ends.

Visited for sport event in Naaldwijk. I was taken there (not my choice). It seems the only hotel in the area, so maybe this is a good reason not see any improvement on the comments. I agree with all about accommodation issues, even though the bathroom functioned effectively (just a little more water pressure at the shower would be nicer)....
