I had booked this place with booking.com for my husbands birthday surprise. It looked lovely on the site. When I arrived I was very taken aback by the reception. The propietor made it very clear she had not expected me anymore. I had not replied to her email telling her my time of arrival. I was most surprised as I...

Excellent B&B in a small quaint street. Chequita and Alvin are brilliant hosts and couldn't be more helpful. We stayed in the Bird Room which is tastefully decorated and with such a comfortable bed. Good choice for breakfast and all freshly cooked. Located within easy walking distance of the main city.

This is one of the smallest hotel I have ever been. The 2 rooms are nicely decorated. The owner is friendly. The 2 rooms of the hotel are at the upper floor (2nd). You do't meet the owners too much. (Just at breakfast).

Small b&b (two rooms) in a great location. Chequita gave us great advice about sightseeing and Delft. We had the front room and slept well - great bed, little noise. Easy walking to Mauritshuis and other sights and the 17 tram is an attractive alternative. The room was elegant. The breakfast was terrific. The staircase is a challenge with a...

Opt for one of the back rooms which was where we stayed and there would be nothing more comfortable than this. It’s a B& B yet is everything beyond. The owner is pretty friendly and can be pretty resourceful with the knowledge of the places around. Gave us pretty good advices and they were all spot on. Rooms at the...

Ambience; Location; "Staff"; Dedication to our needs; foods was fresh and abundant; lovely room at front of house - sound from street was not an issue (although our window was closed). Just a superb three days. Price was good - it was over a year ago - perhaps Chequita and Alvin have wizened up.

Maison Indochine has everything one can seek when aiming for a B&B. House is lovely, room is exquisite, bathroom is hotel **** standard. Location is great and Chequita has bikes available. Breakfast is a la carte. Chequita is a local who knows the town in and out and plenty of good advice. I don't ask for more. Value for money...

We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely B&B in early April and had a great experience. Chequita was out for the period of our stay, but her mother welcomed us and was allways very nice and friendly. We had a beautiful and spacious room on the second floor (Golden Room), with a huge and comfortable bed, free wifi and...

Early January 2013 we booked ourselves a 2-night stay in this B&B, after falling in love with the photos on their website. Our love for this wonderful place has since only grown! Chequita and Alvin are the perfect hosts - they made us feel very welcome, as if we were visiting friends. Their eye for detail is incredible and the...

“Take the room in the front. Jus because it has a room with attached bathroom. But the other is nice too.”

“We slept in the Bird room, which we chose because it has a luxurious rain shower en-suite. This is the room on the street side of the house, so you do hear some street sounds, but since it's a rather quiet street it didn't bother us at all. The Golden room is at the garden side of the house and has a separate bathroom with a bubble bath.”

“There are only 2 rooms in this B&B, the Bird Room and the Golden Room. We stayed in the former, and it was just as pretty as they advertise on their website. I can only assume the Golden Room is equally beautiful.”
