Good location about a ten minute walk from central station. Hotel generally good but our room overlooked the tram tracks which could be quite noisy. A lot of construction work around the hotel at the moment but this was not intrusive. Breakfast was probably OK but if you leave it late as we I'd as we were on a short...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 31 December 2016

Stayed here for a few days on business late November. Hotel well located on edge of the real centre so easy to get to most places; reasonably close to train station (I walked to hotel easily) and close to tram lines. Nice, clean modern feel. As with all my stays with Mercure i was impressed with the staff; there was...

7 day stay checked in online which is efficient. Double bedded room with shower, room was clean and bright. Wifi had good connection and speed. Breakfast was excellent with very pleasant staff and good range of hot and cold dishes. Check out was again efficient and quick.

The room was perfectly cleaned, comfortable bathroom (the window between te bathroom and hotelroom might not fit people who aren't a couple), perfecct location close to the city center with a tram stop in front and a delicious breakfast. But the most outstanding part of this trip was the staff. Everyone is super friendly, helpfull, they remember guests they've helped...

In The Hague for business, hotel chosen for its central location and size of conference rooms. I had room on 7 floor which was clean well decorated and of a reasonable size. Tea tray, iron, ironing board, safe and a decent range of TV channels. Air con works even in winter.

The Mercure works to make everything as easy as possible. They keep everything flowing smoothly without difficulty. Raining? Borrow their umbrella. Forgot the plug adapter? Borrow one. Book? Accessories? Yes-yes. Map-of course, let me call you a taxi, and it should cost about X €. A kind of cool room with a shower that my wife remarked, what about privacy...

The hotel is in the right location with easy acces anywhere. They doesn't clean very well the rooms. The breakfast is very poor. In weekend is even worst, because they take out the machine for orange fresh ?! They change the access system, but they forgot to announce us and we could not enter in the room. Very expensive city...

I visited The Hague with a friend for a weekend in December. We chose the Mercure because they offer so called family rooms. Those are actually two rooms with a connecting door. My friend is a terrible snorer, so sharing a room was not an option. The Mercure is located in the city-center. With The Hague being rather small, most...
