You get what you pay for. I got a cheap deal and the service to match. On arriving at the hotel reception I was told I had to pay my city tax upfront, I respectfully declined and asked if I could pay at check-out. The receptionist said I had to hand over my card details so that she could pre-authorise...

I had modest expectations from this hotel, but it was a wonderful surprise. Very friendly and helpful staff; large, clean rooms; a fantastically comfortable bed and powerful shower, and a delicious breakfast (you can even squeeze fresh orange juice). Fabulous

Friendly welcoming and excellent value for money. This hotel is a 15 minute walk from the den Haag Central station and a two minute walk to a wide variety of bars restaurants and shops. It was clean tidy and suited our mixed age range group (teen to 70) perfectly. The staff were welcoming friendly and could not be more helpful....

Really good value for money! Very good breakfast, nice room, super location. What was missing... mini bar, hand towels, bathroom accessories and extra pillows. Very clean and stylish hotel, good bicycles to rent. Good bargain!!

Every staff-member we encountered was friendly. We left the do-not-disturb sign on our door and really appreciated that the room wasn't serviced and that a bag of new towels was left for us. Super considerate. Thank you!

Amenities and bathroom were simple, but it is standard for tan hotel in this price range. The reception staff was nice, helpful and spoke excellent English. The...

It is a nice hotel at the centre of the city. There is a nice bar inside also the rooms are very pretty. The city centre and all the shops and restaurants are nearby, But i would prefer if there was a mini fridge in the room.

The hotel has a great central location for tourists. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and it had one of the best hotel beds we slept in. The staff is very friendly, service was excellent. We stayed for four nights, we had a very nice view from our 5th floor room. Breakfast is available between 4am-12pm. There is a nice...
