Stayed for 2 nights on business. Hotel convenient to my office. Room was chilly as it was hard to get the heater to work. Average breakfast buffet, but good bar although the drinks are expensive. Hard to recommend this hotel,

This hotel is such a disappointment. It's convenient for work, but you sacrifice a lot for that convenience. My room was on the ground floor and the source of heat was a unit placed over the doorway that was extremely loud when turned on. Sleep or heat - that was the choice! Even with the jet engine going full blast,...

Was trying this hotel during my last business trip in Belgium and based on recommendation from my colleagues. Not only the hotel staff was very helpful but also very kind and quickly responsive. For sure whenever I'll have to go back in business trip in the area I know already where I'll go.

Excellent hotel with very polite and efficient staff at the reception. The room is huge with a kitchen included. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The place is very clean. In terms of location, need of a car and the parking is big. Wifi is working perfectly, several TV channels are available.

The location was nice. Traveled to the area for the Sunday Flea Market. The market was exceptional. The hotel was clean and the room was well appointed. The restaurant was decorated nicely. All the staff was kind. For the price, it wasn't really special it felt like a conference center. Parking was a plus

After over 30 years in Belgium we spent our last four nights at the hotel before returning to London. Easy parkiing which made the number of trips in & out that we made hassle free. The rooms are large but a little tired. The breakfast was very good & we also had a couple of dinners in La Sucrerie -the hotel...

The “Grand” Hotel is sadly getting worse. Worse in terms of quality, value and the staff. It is anything but “Grand”. The room was large, but dated. An earlier review I did was commented on by the hotel promising (and I quote) “I've the pleasure to let you know that we will proceed some complete renovation in February 2016”. I...

Had a buffet style dinner with a group of my work colleagues. Other diners were eating in the other half of the restaurant. There was a lot of food on the buffet, but it was pretty average. Slow to serve wine, so order some draught beers from the bar (in another room). Despite Belgium having so many good beers, we...

Do not be fooled by the photos. This is a conference hotel and if you doubted it, all will be confirmed at breakfast with the huge tables which even the conference participants shun. Institutional type rooms, archaic heating, poor sound insulation. Poor maintenance - ripped shower curtain. Room service menu restricted to just snack items because restaurant was closed (?)....

Very nice hotel. Staff very nice and extremely helpful (since it was my first time in Belgium). Awesome room with everyday cleaning. Close to shopping centre and a few good restaurants around! I just hope that the menu at the hotel will have some more choices! Coming back in a week!!
