Nice hotel in a very nice area. Close to train station, grand place, restaurants... everything! The rooms are clean and cozy and have a nice size. The sound proof is not perfect. I hope to come back soon.

Someone has to carry the luggage. If the timing and person at the desk is right, they will carry it. But if this is your main concern, there are many other places to stay in Brussels where this is not an issue.
