We recently stayed at this hotel & found it is in a good position for many of Brussel's best sites, being very close to the Grand Place, for example, but found one of the major drawbacks was the noise level in this area. We found there were people out & about late into the evening & they were not quiet;...

For a 3 star hotel, this is by far the worst Hotel I've stayed in, in any country. Day-time receptionist was quite rude and abrupt, showing little to no respect or hospitality whatsoever. Studying hospitality and tourism management and working in this industry, this was a big surprise to me. Our room was small, dark, oldish and basic. The newest...

While the location is great, the rooms, the way internet works, the temperature in the room... Room was very small. You have to reconnect to internet every 4 hours, and you can connect only one device. Room was very cold, AC was not working, there was an electric heater in the room, which got slightly warm after an hour. Anyway,...

Great location, clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, decent price. Good choice for business stay, located a few meters from Grand Place. Metro station is also near Hotel Aris. Breakfast was good too.

So i switch to French, he asked me if i want to pay by card or by cash. told him cash and he seemed bit annoyed that he had to unlock the credit card and cancel the deposit. he was telling...

Despite its excellent location and nearness to railway station, the hotel is a sad, shabby and sinister place. Staff don't seem to be interested in customer satisfaction, as their attitude is very cold and abrupt. No attention whatsoever is paid to making the stay pleasant, customer is hardly tolerated in the structure. Favors are not fulfilled, nice gestures are banned...

Stayed here during the Brussels beer fest, had booked a single room but was given a double room at no extra charge. Room was tidy and clean, shower pressure was great ( needed after exertions at the beer fest!) And staff in the lobby were very friendly. Didn't eat the breakfast as it seemed a bit expensive (15 Euros) and...

The Aris Grand is just perfectly situated in the centre of Brussels, a five minute walk from the train station and a 30 second walk from the main square. The hotel itself is clean and decently presented- but probably could do with a bit of a refurb here and there- nothing major though. The rooms are spacious and some have...
