We stayed on the top floor of Villa Sablon, fantastic location in a small side lane off the main Sablon area which is a small square with many fantastic restaurants and chocolate shops near by. 5 Min walk to Grand Place and Brussels Central Station. The room we had was up 3 flights of steep stairs but it wasn't really... More

I am in Brussels quiet often and this time I wanted something else then the anonymous hotel. The location of this b&b is perfect for restaurants and "chocolatiers". The owner kindly waited for my arrival that was over an hour later then what the website asks for. She was really friendly and would have gladly offered information about Brussels. The... More

Nice location. Nicely redecorated, not allways in detail. Large, spacious room. Clean but some little things not entirely in order. Good beds. No breakfast but excellent alternatives on walking distance. Good tip for restaurant: Les Brigattinnes. (Typical Brussels dishes, excellent and beautifull)

Stayed here on business. There is no reception so you turn up and have to phone for a code to get in. This could be explained better on the booking details. Once inside the place is quite nice. Big room with a wet room, separate WC and nice bed. I had a room overlooking the street but the curtains were... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at the B&B for 4 nights while visiting Brussels. On first arrival, we had to wait 15min for the B&B owner to arrive and let us in, despite the fact that we had emailed them in advanced to let them know when we were arriving. The B&B is owned by a young couple and they... More

Very nice and design rooms, in a quiet street close to the Sablon, excellent location. Well furnished, the rooms are clean and quiet, definitely a better quality/price than most Hotels in Brussels.

Villa Sablon is not you typical B&B. There is no big house that you have access to, there is no back porch to relax on, But Gae'ele, the innkeeper is so sweet and the room was so nice that I am willing to give her a pass on the few things that aren't there. Basically, Gae'ele is a shopkeeper who... More

I really liked Villa Sablon. Superb location, lovely breakfast, good price... The only small problem is that the bathroom is an openspace (toilett not), so it s kind of weird if u re not there with a boyfriend...
