Have stayed in many of this family of hotels - this one is distinctly average for the brand. Location was good but little else to recommend. Didn't help that there were road works immediately outside for the entire stay.

Really liked staying at this hotel - friendly and fast check in, help with storing my fishing rod tube, and room was of reasonable size with very comfortable bed and very good if compact bathroom. Breakfast, included in the room rate, was very good - wide choice, fresh croissants, and an extensive buffet, plus great coffee. On asking about good...

Stayed here with work and even though I didn't pay, I feel ripped off. Maybe i expect too much. The hotel is within 5 minutes walk of the tube and 10 of the Grand Square, the pissing boy statue and the arcades (worth a look). There are lots of oriental 'all you can eat' places around the hotel. The hotel...

Friendly reception staff. Central location, cheap clean and basic but certainly worth the money. Room was small and the bathroom very small but then my partner and I are only small, so no problem :-) Would definitely stay again.

Very good location, 15 min walk from central stations and in the middle off all the "must do things" in Brüssels. The rooms are small. the toilettes even smaller. But it has all you need for a nice and pleasant stay. Except the plastic shelter around the mattres. The staff where helpful and did a good job. Wifi was working...

stayed in a new ibis room with the new décor. even the materials they use are cheap, the new renovation is well done and brings the ibis hotel to a category of design hotels, more than just budget hotels. the let me to check in very early and I am thankful for that.

Great location, very small rooms not your average hotel size, bathroom is 1 meter wide and 2 1/2 meter long, clean good staff, but Brussels is expensive, bed mattress are top up mattress and slide off main frame, if getting frisky with your partner the bed ends up moving about 1 meter

The ibis hotel is very well placed to the city centre and close to the underground making getting around very easy. The hotel rooms are clean modern and practical for travelers though maybe on the small side for two people. The rooms have adequate amount of wall sockets but do lack tea or coffee making facilities. The staff are very...

The Ibis hotel in Brussels center is pretty average. The location is very good but apart from that everything is either average or poor. The check-in staff did not seem well trained and they did not offer change for a €50 bill, which we found quite strange. The hotel room was very small, but it was clean and the bed...

Plus : -Location : It's in the center of the city. Easy access to good restaurants and great monuments/museums. -Adjustable room temperature. Thermostat in the room allowing us to set the room temperature as low/high as we wanted. -Very quiet room/location. Even though our room was somehow in the middle of the hallway, we never heard any noise after 9...
