Reception area looks amazing but as you go upstairs it starts to look like a hostel. The room was ok. House keeping was excellent. Reception Staff was ok. Food too expensive. Went across the road for breakfast for half the price. If going to Brussels again I think for the price I could find a better hotel.

Whilst well located with beautiful rooms for a 4/5 star hotel they could do better. A lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room was a shame and at €9.50 for room service, rather overpriced. Again for the grade of hotel, I'd expect a bathrobe rather than just fairly bog standard towels. The breakfast buffet was great but pork sausages...

Location, location, location. This hotel is a great base for exploring the city. We were in a recently renovated room, so everything was brand new. Service was good. The walls seem to be made out of paper however, as we could hear everything in the rooms next to us. Bring earplugs just in case!

The hotel is very old building but the location is winning. Do not stay in the back of the hotel as it's the oldest and gave no view. Recommend to stay in the 400 or 300 room numbers, thousands are at the back side not good. It was preparation time for the Christmas, enjoying the shops and night lights events....

We stayed in Brussels for two nights. The hotel itself has a very old school look and feel, the lobby looks almost untouched from the day it was opened. The room itself was underwhelming, there was an odd smell in our room. The one good thing about this hotel is it is central to everything so you can easily walk...

There is something charming about the hotel given that it is the only 19th century hotel that still operates in Brussels today. The decor and the check-in area looked untouched from its past and was quite reminiscent of glory days of the past. Unfortunately, the room itself was quite bland, the bedding seemed old and lackluster and there was a...

L’hotel Métrople brings you back in time to pre-war Europe, to the slighty decadent glamour of the 1930's Europe. The reception and the café are splendid. It’s a bit like stepping into Harry Potter's Gringots Bank in Universal Studios. Food is excellent and it is not more expensive than other restaurants in Belgium. I spent two nights here with my...

We stayed 2 nights at the Hotel Metropole and I was kind of disappointed by it. First of all, I was used to get way better services in 5 stars hotels. Second of all, the room wasn't really clean, especially the bathroom. I found hair all over the bathroom. I also requested in the morning the room to be cleaned...

We stayed at the Hotel Metropole last weekend and we both agreed that it was without a doubt the best hotel stay we have ever had!! From start to end, the experience was fantastic. The room was absolutely unbelievable. We booked a privilege king bedroom and with that we had the best comfortable bed, a Jacuzzi bath, a living room,...
