This hotel is all about design, but little about comfort. The rooms have no air conditioning, nor a mini-bar (the water sold in the reception is nearly 4€). The bed linen and the towels could be of better quality. Bath towels were pretty much the same size of a large hand towel. The price for the room is good, and... More

Very nice hotel for low rate. Rooms are modernized, big and comfortable bed. Breakfast is also good, fresh choice of bread and sweets. Better than the Belgium average! Nice choice of different beers at the bar Parking is expensive, public garage in the street, 20€ for 24 hours. Will come back!!!

overall experience is very good. awesome design! good location. friendly staff. hotel does not have its own parking, that makes it not so convenient for those travelling by car. when I complained about some defects in the room, looked like the staff had already known that... so I wonder why they just do not fix it. it spoiled the impression... We stayed at Zoom hotel from 14th of May to 17th may. It's an extremely well done boutique hotel with photography themed rooms and interiors. Room was large And spacious and all 3 of us including our daughter had a good time. Extremely courteous and helpful front office people always eager to help. They allowed us access to kitchen area... The room was nice and comfortable. the hotel was very good situated. A lot of good restaurants nearby. Dont need breakfast because there is a lot of breakfast places. Like quotien and focardo. The service is good. The hotel has elevators. Parking is in front of hotel 20 euro a day. The main shopping streets are 2 streets away.

I stayed here for three nights on a recent trip to Brussels and find this to be a very nice property if you are looking for a place outside the historic center. Located off Ave. Louise, it’s around a 10 to 15 min walk to the nearest subway station, so if you have big bags, I’s recommend you to take... More

Only my second visit to Brussels this year and my first time at this hotel. Good location near Avenue Louise and close to a variety of places to eat. The theme of the hotel and room was very much photography based as the photos prove. The room was a good large size with plenty of room and a decent sized... More

This hotel is interesting for it's modern design and great location uptown close to Place Stephanie & Avenue Louise. BUT for this kind of budget, one might expect some higher quality standards for the decoration inside of the rooms (no cupboard, cheap material, all for sale, cheap toiletries). Pretty basic actually even the dark atmosphere of the rooms makes it... More

A good, clean and friendly hotel with a great little bar for the odd beer or four. The room was big enough with a good large comfy bed. Breakfast is a serve yourself buffet with a good selection. Will definitely be going back on my next visit.

We stayed at the Zoom for 2 nights for the price of 230€. It is pretty much the same price as a Hoxton in London or Amsterdam (with location where prices are higher). But the price was not worth it. The room was very spacious, and the design aims to be minimalist. But there's a difference between minimalist design, and... More
