Warm welcome at reception, skilled staff. Was on Business trip, the Lady at the reception saw that I needed a quiet room. was offered room number 146, which can only be reached by stairs, which was not a problem. Room very quiet, matresses rather soft and loose, room for improvement here. Room itself was very well equipped, especially for Business...

Stayed for 3 nights during Easter weekend. The hotel's location is 10 minutes' walk to Avenue Louise and located in a quiet & safe neighbourhood. I arrived at 8pm and the lobby was quiet. Check-in was efficient and was lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite room, which was highly appreciated. Breakfast was a nice spread at the Bristol...

Attention to minimum details, excellent service, nicely decorated, best welcome. Thank you "Amour"(?) for your "pampering". Pleasant and warm atmosphere. Nice space area for a drink. Overpriced breakfast (30 euros).

Staff were welcoming, efficient and friendly. The room was most comfortable and the breakfast first class. If you are allergic to down pillows, tell reception and replacements will appear within minutes.

A very nice surprise. A place with a lot of attention for details. The hotel has a special thing for books, which is great. The hotel lobby has an area looking like a library, the elevator is decorated with books and my room had a great number of books. On Wednesdays they bring a shoeshine expert to spoil customers from...

My room has a staircase up to my bed, how cool is that? Lovely to have a bit of character instead of a chain hotel which could be anywhere in the world. Wooden floor, table lamps, stairs, just about perfect. Only niggle is the usual one - not enough power sockets but that's me being picky. It's wonderful, do it.

If you're looking to be treated like belgian royalty, look no further! As a director for House Hunters International, my demands are many when I'm on the road for work - which is 2 weeks per month. We used The Stanhope as ground zero for our production and the hotel was so accommodating for shooting and staying purposes. From the...

Good location. Cosy traditional rooms. Great breakfast. Friendly service. Nothing really to complain about - but a bit spoilt by boutique hotel experience elsewhere. One thing I keep missing far to often is the proper shower. Bathtubs keep taking the space..

This hotel is very convenient to where I do business. The staff are welcoming. The rooms are well appointed and all seem different- very refreshing in an era of uniformity. Breakfast was fine. This time my rookm was particularly good, quiet and looking out to the courtyard. I am a critical hotel guest but had nothing whatever to find fault...

Stayed there for a conference that was held in the hotel. I was in a small suite that was very well appointed and comfortable. Especially like the Nespresso machine in the room so I can have my morning coffee without calling room service or leaving the room. Breakfast in the restaurant was included in price of the room and it...
