I don't know where to begin... the hotel from the outside looks bog standard. Abit run down. It doesn't get better once you go in. We went to reception to check in and the women at the desk was VERY RUDE! It automatically put us off the hotel and Brussels in general. We paid and got our room keys. The...

Location was good It's about 10 mins walk to the centre and there's a free street parking about 10 seconds away. Staff were ok. Room service not efficient out of the 4 days stay only on one occasion did they offer to clean our room. Squeaky shower and you can feel the spring on the bed.

Stayed for one night with my friend. The room is pretty clean with polite and friendly staff. The location is great, centrally located with short walk to get to the city center. The elevator is a litte bit dodgy, but hey, it works!

Quite low standards on the room with carpent on the floor. The bathroom was clean, but shower curtains and a little old. Overall you get what you pay for and not much else. A plus for nice staff and the location close to the city center.

Extremely cheap, seams very unsafe, dirty, stinks, poor quality, you have to even pay to bring a poor quality boarding pass. Elevator is unsafe - 1 door elevator, if you happen to touch the side while it goes up or down, it will scrape you. Avoid at all costs.

I stayed in this hotel for a week with a friend of mine. The staff was really nice and polite but the room was not so clean. We always found hairs in our beds, even if they were cleaned every day. The floor was really dirt. The bathroom was huge but, sadly, was dirty too. It is located near the...

Relatively near to the central station and close to the old town square and old part of the city. Only stayed for one night but it was fine. Staff were helpful and rooms fine for the cost. We had no prioblems that others seem to have had. Would probably stay

I used to stay in this hotel quite a bit a decade or so ago, before it was easier to find better alternatives by using comparison sites. At the time I always thought it was rather seedy and despite a refurbishment about 7 or 8 years ago, it has once again feels rather run-down. One thing that has possibly improved...

Two weeks before my planned trip to Brussels, the hotel sent me an email to inform that due to an error in the web, the price had risen 50 euros. This is an absolutely lack of profesionality since the error comes from their part. I am strongly dissapointed with this hotel, and I highly recommend you to avoid booking in...

Management were diabolical ! Extremely rude and unprofessional ! Quality of rooms were not good, even for a 2star hotel .. Television in room not working , surfaces unclean, no lid on toilet seat, got locked out of main hotel entrance on more than one occasion, extremely over priced . Would not recommend.
