We arrives at 9 am, our Thalys train arrived very early. We were exhausted from traveling, we thought we would have to drop off our bags and come back at check in. THEY CHECKED US IN AT 9 AM! I'm sure this goes on availaibility but I could not appreciate that more. They were wonderful. The rooms were gorgeous. We...

This hotel's ratings here do not do it justice. The room was brilliant, very comfy bed, everything working perfectly. It's in the perfect location for a tourist, its ridiculously central, 10 minute walk from grand place. It's just far enough away from the centre of city to escape total commercialisation i.e. Tourist shops and dodgy street vendors.. a couple of...

Good location, comfortable bed, A/C working as it should, spacious room (for 2 people), was given a fairly quiet room as per my request (not facing the street). WiFi was working very well and I highly appreciated this. Would gladly come back here on business. It is hard to find issues to complain but the bathtub was a bit narrow...

The hotel offers affordable accommodation in a convenient location. It is located a couple of minutes away from the city centre and a walking distance of 10 minutes away from the train station. The interior is refurbished, looks modern and my room was perfectly clean. The offered amenities were more than enough for a business traveler. The WiFi connection was...

Averaged quality hotel close to the centre. The rooms are modern and the hotel has been recently refurbished. Decent breakfast although you have to wake up early (some of the popular breakfast items are not replaced when they run out of them). I was going to give 3 stars, but I have decided to give it only two for the...

The location was a walking distance from the centre (~1,5km), however as a business district it was very deserted in the evening. Room was very modern and comfortable, maybe a bit noisy - you could hear neigbours showering, the tram outside and a lot of people walking by as it was next to the elevator. Overall I would reccommend it....

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good (coffee could be better). The hotel is at a central location. The staff is helpfull and kind. The bar and lobby area could be better.

Decent hotel, comfortable beds, and clean rooms. 13 euros for breakfast though and its a HUGE rip off, we went else where, there are such good breakfast places closer to the main square. Ok-ish staff, the young one could do with some hospitality training or just a better personality all around. Good location, about a 15 minute walk to grand...

Good hotel with the service you expect. Very friendly. The breakfast was not special, but kept you going until you found an early lunch. I got a double room despite I was traveling alone. Only 5 min walk to hop on hop off tour bus and 8min to grand place. (Downhill walking)
