The hotel is strategically located close to the Grand Place and minutes away from Brussels Central. However, the hotel management should provide customer service training to one of the receptionists (a guy with glass). I asked him which are the recommended chocolate shops in Brussels but he told me every shops are the same and asked me to check by...

Location is excellent - hotel is clean, staff are friendly, really good value for money. 2 minutes walk to the main square & Grand Place, Lots of very good bars and eateries close to hotel. Felt very safe in the location. Breakfast continental and slightly over priced but can not fault the hotel on the whole. Have already recommended to...

Great location. A two minute walk from the Grand Place - very convenient yet quiet and tucked away from the crowd. Otherwise, the hotel was a total let down. The room was very basic and dingy, the bathroom was a bit rundown and shower screen was very ineffective swamping the entire bathroom with water. The pillows were not comfortable and...

The location was great: close to the train station and the Grand Place. The room was clean, not too small, and there was an electric heater available. Free Wi-Fi, but the breakfast was not included. The receptionist spoke English fluently and was helpful.

Good value for money in perfect location. Good size room and bathroom and v clean. Only bad points were lumpy pillows and my guest was only allowed to stay for 30 mins?? I've paid for the room so should be allowed any guest for any amount of time (fair enough no parties but i only had 1 guest).

great location, cheap slow/unreliable wifi, no heating unit, uncomfortable room design, paper thin walls not terrible value for its price but i'd recommend you try other hotels around. i prefer not to go down a tight spiral staircase to go to bathroom at night.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel (right next to Grand Place and very close to the Central Station). The room as well as the hotel in general felt freshly renovated, which is always a nice thing. There are two big BUTs :) 1) there was no heating in the room or in the breakfast restaurant, I was lucky...

Stayed here for two nights with two other colleagues while on a business visit to the city. The hotel is located within walking distance of Brussels Central Station. You can walk even if you have luggage. I was told that during some hours of the day, Taxis are not allowed in the area where the hotel is located. But anyway,...

Spend here 2 nights and it was a good choice. It's located half a kilometre from Brussels Central and close to main square,Maniken Pis and other shopping areas like Grand place etc. Rooms were big, toilet clean and basic amenities available. Easily accessible to local transport and sorrounded by good restaurants. Overall a good choice and value for money.
