Once you figure out that you have to walk into the bar to get to the checkin counter, its a great place. The staff was very friendly and the room was great! Very clean and spacious, and the hotel is close to everything. Our room overlooked a major intersection, yet was very quiet. A great spot to spend a couple... More

Location is great for sight seeing and eating out. The hotel itself needs alittle help, the frontdesk is hard to find if you don't know to go through the the restaurant to the back - signage would help. Quirky elevator (no door) not a big deal but the floor we were on was dark and the flooring was uneven so... More

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. Pros - good location, being close to Bourse Metro station and the Grote Markt. The room was spacious with good sized bathroom. The lift is quaint, although we did get stuck between floors for 5 minutes or so. Cons - The bed was not very comfortable, the room safe did not work,... More

Just on the outskirts of the main tourist areas so well within walking distance of all the sights. Helpful and friendly staff, everything you want in a room and a quirky lift lol. Loved it and the city!!!

The hotel has a great location. Grand Place is 5 minutes(walking) from the hotel and 15-20(walking) minutes away from Brussels Central train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room are very small, but it is decorated very nice. Only issue I found was mold at shower area, I didnt complaint because we spend most of the time outside the... More

The hotel which is more a host-like has really aggresive and unfriendly arab personnel. One of them called Rachid gave me the worse room in the hotel nr. 206 where: - the electricity went off several times - TV and WLAN were broken - the shower was broken - the blow druyer from the 1st century is skotched and can... The hotel was less than 5mins from the metro station and walking distance to most landmark area with plenty of nearby restaurants for food & drink. The double bedroom we were given was an average size and like many of the other review mentioned the bathroom was incredibly tiny, not much-moving space. Overall the hotel was fine considering it is... More

Don't expect a grand hotel entrance or a elegant reception, since the hotel is above a bar/restaurant. YOu need to enter from the side a small door that leads to the reception, if there is no one there just pop your head to the bar, they will come. But don't worry things get better. There is an elevator but you... More

The location is probably the best part of the stay in hotel Orts. My room was very cute, small but nice and comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was the ceiling in the bathroom was molded (black) probably lack of ventilation when steamed up. Yuck! They better fix that soon. And just a NOTE, some employees dont speak any... More

The hotel is in a great location within a walking distance of everything you need. We stayed here for one night on our way to Bruges and it was everything we needed. The rooms are small but lovely and they have great views. The staff are very helpful and our room was ready for us at lunchtime.
