The front and rear of this hotel is odd. Basically the front appears to be a door on the Main Street, whilst the rear seems to be 2 large iron gates, but it is in fact the other way around. As we arrived quite late to the hotel we ended up walking all the way around the building to get...

A good central location for the sights, shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms are large and fairly comfortable. Breakfast was included and was fairly good. No air conditioning so can be hot in summer and if you leave the windows open there is quite a bit of road noise due to the cobbled street outside.

We were five couples staying in this hotel to attend a local wedding. We all loved the hotel. It's nothing fancy, however the rooms are very comfortable, albeit a little hot as it was unusually hot when we were staying. Rooms a good size. Very clean and bathrooms good too. It's a lovely boutique hotel with so friendly staff who...

Great family hotel. Quite, relaxing and very friendly staff. It's not a 5 star hotel in terms of its facilities, but sure 5 star for its customer oriented services. If they could improve something? Sure, the variety in the breakfast and TV channels.

Tournai is a nice town but from what we could see, a place of few hotels. This I believe was the best of what we found. Nicely decorated with a fresh looking atmosphere. We were on the bike and they had a decent sized garage for safe parking. Close to the town centre and reasonably quite (cobbles are always noisey).

From the warm welcome to the location to the room to the breakfast, we enjoyed every bit of our stay. It's within walking distance of everything you'd want to see or do in Tournai, but it's on a tranquil street, and there's a lovely terrace in front where we enjoyed a drink after our first afternoon exploring. The room (Renoir)...

We've stayed here before so we obviously like the hotel. More could be made of the artist themes for the rooms, but the location is excellent especially now they have got a small car park opposite the hotel. Breakfast is good and the service is friendly.

Ideal location in the centre of town, just down a side street. They do have a garage but only for two cars. Comfortable and clean rooms, staff helpful but breakfast could do with more choice. Would use again.

It is located in a back street with limited off street parking nearby, so you have walk your luggage from the car park to the hotel. Our room was small and in the centre of the hotel which did not allow much natural light in. We asked to move but were told that we couldn't. Couldn't get BBC news which...

Pleasant hotel with decent accommodation but situated in a poor back street location. It is however within easy walking distance of the market square and centre with its exquisite belfry which has superb views of the are if you can climb the 267 circular steps to the top.
