1. You and your property are not safe! 2. Nobody replies to your concerns or complaint. 3. This hotel does not even deserve 2 stars. Reception gave a key card to our room to a complete stranger, who stood in front of our bed at midnight and frightened the life out of us. No apology, nothing. Despite registering concerns with...

Ignore the negative reviews! This hotel was clean, cheap and cheery, beds were comfortable. Bath and shower good. Heating on when we arrived, lovely and warm. Coffee making facilities and biscuits provided. Black out blinds were excellent. Rooms open directly onto a 'garden' area ideal for dogs. Staff friendly and helpful, car park gated and secure.

We traveled 2 families with children and a baby. As on the official website nor booking we could be sure to have beds for the kids, we decided to call. Then we were called to book by phone , as it was "the same". I especially requested beds for the kids and especially for the baby. They finally noticed by...

This hotel was a great find to us with a car and a dog. Check in was super fast and staff was agreable. Parking was just in front of our room. The room doors face directly outside to the parking. There are small gardens for the dog to play. Our only complaint is regarding the bed which was a bit...

Sufficiently spacious and clean room with coffee/tea making facility. Would personally have preferred a shower instead of the small bathtub with shower head but all was in good working order and hygienically fine. TV seemed to lack lots of its announed stations, only 5 were operational at the time of my stay. The hotel's restaurant serves a limited range of...

I was there at the beginning la december with my boyfriend. The impression was bad from the reception, untrained personnel, disaster at breakfast, expensive and poor, colossal mess everywhere, very small rooms, no towels although it was written that 5 towels are available. Totally unjustified price/quality ratio.

We didn't have high expectations because close to every single review described Campanile Gent/Gand as not so enjoyable. We arrived early, around 10am, and were friendly welcomed by the staff who immediately offered us a map of the city. The hotel is located at a 10min walk from the hospital, where you can find public transport to the inner city....

Only to be used on a transit trip through Ghent since it is near the highway but far away from the city center. Surroundings are pretty dreadfull (some kind of electricity station nearby ?) and the place has seen better days. Maintenance seems not that important, so it looks a bit run down. Staff OK and so is the restaurant...

Last time that we have been in campanile hotel in Gent we left the hotel with a bad taste because of the stuff attitude. This time the new stuff really changed our experience. We really want to mention the amazing people that made us feel more welcome then in our own home. Special thanks to Mohamed, Jorge and Mieke for...
