It's not easy to find Highfield, but it's definately worthwhile looking for it! The place is very nice, and the hosts are just wonderful - helping and advising wherever you need them. And I swear Avril makes the best fruit salad & breakfast you can imagine!!! My 2 daughters (12, 15) and my son (17) love dogs, so that was... More

We stayed at Highfield with Avril and Peter for 5 nights and had the most enjoyable time. The house is beautifully kept, excellent rooms - very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is something you have to experience, starting with the most delicious fresh fruit salad and followed by a perfect full English. If you have room left, there is toast and... More

Perfect Bed Perfect Breakfast Perfect Location I really couldn't fault this b&b and the hosts. We arrived early and enjoyed the garden complete with very friendly soppy dogs. Lovely stroll to the village for our evening meal and perfect for the coastal paths which we are walking.

Avril and Peter were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were stunning huge, and very comfortable. Plus a delicious breakfast cooked by Avril in the morning. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend for a countryside retreat, as you're surrounded by lush Cornish fauna. Beautiful!

We think that Highfield Bed and Breakfast is a perfect place to stay. Avril and Peter greeted us warmly. The room is beautiful, full of light and windows onto the garden, and rich in art and decor that evoke the area. Comfortable bed. Complete quiet with the exception of sounds of nature: cows and screech owls! Our breakfasts were ample... More
