Ate in the restaurant attached to the hotel for an evening meal. The staff were very friendly and accommodating being prepared to cook a meal that had finished earlier in the evening. Nothing was too much trouble. The meals were cooked to order and served piping hot. Would definitely eat there again.

Thanks to Morgan who was extremely helpful! She stayed longer after her shift to make sure I got a room after the next door hotel messed up my reservation and left me stranded. Nice hotel, clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. Highly recommended. Charlotte

Friendly staff (like the most people we've met in Leuven) and very helpfull. The room and bathroom where okay. Breakfast was good. Enough choice for us (cornflakes, pistolets, yoghurt, fruit). The coffee was dissapointing, but a good excuse to get some coffee in the centre of Leuven :) Location is also good, across the train and bus station en about...

Clean, friendly staff, breakfast was ok but a little thin on choice. Bed was comfortable, bathroom recently redone. Not a glamorous place but perfectly functional, and reasonable. There was no problem checking in at midnight.

No staff lead to the waitress taking our order along time after we got to the restaurant. We even had to ask for menus. We were never offered deserts. On telling her that The "mocca" she gave me was not what I ordered or wanted as is not at all like any mocca I have had, she got very angry...

The building is attractive from the outside, certainly in comparison with the nearby bus station, but once you get away from the elegant stairwell the rooms are clean but dull. I was on the very top floor, which meant reasonable quiet (Leuven can be a noisy place of an evening) but felt exposed. It was also slightly cold, on the...

Right across the railway station with as good as everything at walking distance. Mind you, having a room right in the city centre also means that you can hear that you are in a city. It's not that noisy, but a bit of sound comes with the location of course. Decent room, good breakfast. Would easily return.

The hotel is located in a building that looks very pretty on the outside. The rooms on the other hand don't follow this beautiful style and are very average. Thanks to the breakfast (which was good) and the location (right across train station) I would recommend this place if you don't have too high standards. Otherwise, don't bother staying here.

In town for three days on business and didn't finish working until 9pm. Wanted a snack and a glass of wine, but on taking a seat the waiter immediately told me he was closing the area where I had sat (there were other people there too) as he was alone and couldn't cope. I was welcome to take a seat...

We stayed here for one night before our festival, it's very central and has beautiful views of the town centre. It's opposite the railway station so very easy to travel. The rooms however were dated and very simple. It was however clean, which is the most important thing. The breakfast buffet was also nice and simple (tasty pastries). Some negatives:...
