We've stayed here a few times now. Always get a warm welcome from reception whether the hotel is busy or not and they are always helpful booking taxis etc. Rooms are comfortable but some are looking a bit "tired" and could do with the cobwebs removing from the ceiling! Don't usually bother with breakfast so can't comment.

You definitely have to have a car for this hotel. The center is about 15 minutes away and it's surrounded by a small forrest. The rooms have nothing more than the necesary, it could be more cozy. It felt like i was in a paper house: the whole hotel feels very "premade". The breakfast is okay and the staff is...

I stayed here as part of a group over Christmas, as a base for visiting Bruges, Ghent and Brussels. It is tricky to give an overall rating for the hotel as some things were good and other aspects less so. The main downside was the location. There was just nowhere to walk to outside the hotel, so apart from out...

My family and I (2 adults 2 kids) stayed in this hotel for 5 nights just before Christmas whilst we toured around Brugge, Antwerp, Gent and Ieper. Although the hotel decor is a little 70s style retro and could do with a facelift, the rooms are very comfortable, with plenty of space for the 4 of us plus a good...

Situated in a quiet area about 5km from the city,a little dated in parts but very clean and everything you will need for a short stay, staff very helpful, and can recommend the taxi service into Bruges,26 euro return trip, saves parking problems in the centre of the city, overall a reasonably priced family friendly hotel perfect if visiting the Christmas market.

Staff friendly, clean beds. Basic for the price and tired deco.....painted pebble dash/rendered bedroom walls and horrible 70's carpet tiles effect flooring. Plastic moulded wash basin like you get in a cheap French Formul1 budget motel! For €150 odd price I would expect better standard of hotel. I couldn't be bothered to get up for breakfast so can not comment.

This was a perfectly fine hotel and that's about it, really. Pro's: Clean, Professional, Quiet Con's : Pretty far away from city center and most other places w/ no transit options. This is a great budget option for people who are renting a car and have the ability to drive into the city center. Most hotels we monitored in the...

Coming in the hotel I remembered having been here almost 20 years ago when it was a Novotel. Not much has changed. Pool still there. Although close to big roads, hidden in a bit of wood you would not know. Quiet, staff fine. We had a good night sleep. Coffee making facilities in the room. All fine. Just funny that...

The hotel is perfect when coming here by car as it is close enough to Bruges itself but much cheaper than the hotels in the city centre.
