We stayed here for a few nights having arrived on a motorbike to a friendly and warm welcome. Our bike was parked safely around the back of the house and we were showed to the spotlessly clean room. Ambrose helped us to plan our time and what to see and helped us navigate the public transport system. We had a...

Heads up: the address on Tripadvisor and Google Maps hasn't been updated. The address is no longer on Werfstraat - the new address is 22 Kroonstraat, as of two years ago, apparently. It's a 15-20 minute walk to town depending on your speed, but it is a very nice, picturesque one. For the value of our stay, it wasn't a...

Wonderful authentic shabby-chic guesthouse. Owner was friendly and helpful. Was very quiet and let us come & go as we please - just a short walk to centre. Bathroom was huge - witha double bathroom & private balcony overlooking rooftops. Breakfast was discreetly left outside our room every morning. Only downside was that outside parking restrictions were not immediately obvious...

We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children aged 11 & 15, when we arrived we found 2 adjoining rooms that appeared to be part way through redecoration?? The carpet as you enter the rooms is very dirty, the pine doors have been stripped but not very well and look shabby with putty filler everywhere, there are...

A great place for a family. Has a large room that will sleep a family of five. Bright airy room. Breakfast is continental style and delicious. A reasonable walk to the centre of town. Be careful parking out front as it isn't well marked but you will get a ticket. Host is extremely charming.

We stayed for two nights, the room was clean and looked recently decorated. There was a chest of drawers, a small table and a fridge in the room. There was a coffee machine outside the room and a breakfast delivered every morning to the room. The bathroom was spacious with a large bath and shower head. The Guesthouse is under...

Ideal location, far enough away from the busy city centre but with walking distance. Friendly, family atmosphere. "It felt like we were staying with fiends". with a warm genuine welcome. A warm room despite -9c outside. Visited for a valentine treat and would like to return maybe in the mid/ late spring. Our room had all the facility's including a...

This is not the guesthouse I would recommend to anyone. Old, dusty and unwelcoming. The staircase leading to the upper room was old and shaky, the carpet looked old and dusty. The room was basic, the bed linen not ironed, dust on the window sills. A place suitable for back packers who are just looking for a bed to sleep,...

Hello, I'm sorry you didn't inquire about any problems about cleanliness. This could have been resolved. If there is something the matter you can let this know and it will be taken care of. I have asked you in a private message (person to person) when you stayed here, but you choose to remain in anonymity. Therefor I can't know...

Very nice b&b, themed rooms done in a turn of the century style, including antique furniture and bed. It would benefit from a wardrobe although this wasn't` a problem and the ensuite is open to the bedroom (without a door) which may put a few people off. Overall though a nice place 10 mins walk from the centre of Bruges.
