Hotel is located on a quiet street and very close to the square and shopping. Check-in was quick, bar and breakfast staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My boyfriend surprised me on my birthday to a trip to Brugge.. We drove all the way to Dover, hopped on the ferry and then carried on driving into Brugge - when we arrived I was amazed by all the little side streets which made finding the hotel in the car a bit tricky.. BUT.. once we found the hotel,...

Stayed here for a city break. Positives- Fantastic location with a 2 minute walk to The Markt (main square). Staff were helpful and lent us a travel adaptor when we forgot ours. Cons- We asked for a double and whilst the room was big, we had 2 single beds pushed together which wasn't ideal as they kept separating. The pillows...

Simply the most ideal in terms of location. You are in the heart of Bruges! Reception, breakfast and bar staff cannot be faulted, incredibly friendly and always willing to help or if asked suggest great eating places such as 'Die Stove' The hotel room was massive! This is something I enjoyed, along with the peace and quiet for my holiday...

Great location for getting around Bruges, basic room but didn't really need much more in the room as it was just a base. Downsides - the shower - it was a rain shower and didn't have much pressure, during the shower you kept standing on the plug and the water went all over the floor, no matter how much you...

We selected this hotel based on Trip Advisor reviews. We do not have any complaints about the hotel. The room was perfectly adequate for a one night stay. We used the hotel underground parking that cost €15 per day.

My husband had stayed here on a couple of occasions previously and we stayed for a weekend break. Staff friendly, polite and helpful. Hotel in an excellent position. On site parking a bonus. Biggest asset Coco the parrot. A celebrity, able to leave the cage when he fancied stretching his wings and certainly never lonely. A celebrity indeed. We enjoyed...

Staff fine. Location great. Rooms bit basic No heating control no tea/coffee facilities no full length mirror. Shower over the bath is a very tight squeeze. No info in the rooms about hotel facilities or local attractions

A good quality hotel for a Best Western. Staff have all been great, room is clean, bed comfortable Location is close to everything, great for wandering and trying to get lost in this beautiful town. Typical european breakfast. But value for money is good. You must say hello to "Coco" the parrot in the foyer, he will be waiting for...

I am not someone that writes reviews however i feel that on this occasion i must. Although the hotel is well located and very clean the customer service from beginning to end was poor. The reception desc staff member was extremely unhelpful and borderline dismissive. DO NOT USE THE CAR PARK as the multi-story is considerably cheaper and only one...
