My husband and I stayed here with another couple for three nights. Both of our rooms were clean and comfortable. The decor is old fashioned but we liked it & thought it added to the character of the hotel. Location is excellent right in the historic centre. Breakfast was lovely, orange juice, tea/coffee, pastries, waffles, fruit, cereals, cheeses, meats and...

Despite all they say about it is an old hotel (yes, it is old but it doesn't matter at all ) it was one of my best experiences for the last trips. Location! The view from the room through those huge windows (3). Beds are amazing. and the restaurant is also a great choice in Bruges. Employees are extremely servicial.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel that as soon as we walked in it encompassed us,it welcomed us. The people were amazing the comfort of this hotel surpassed any expectations we had! We ate in the hotel both nights and we were blown away by the food and the surroundings looking out onto the canal! I cannot thank the wonderful...

We visited on a Saturday lunchtime and we were glad we booked a table with a view of the canal. This place is very popular it seems with both locals and tourists. The restaurant is in a great location and is full of character. The food was very good and we opted for the set menu which was about 33euros...

Beautiful location, great views from the veranda restaurant, very attentive service, good food. Upon arrival we were accompanied to the most beautiful table available at the time, directly on the water. The interior of the restaurant is a little dated, carpets, restrooms, a makeover would not harm.

The food is great so is the service. You dine in an authentic restaurant with canal view adding up to pleasure. Poached salmon and cod was great. One can choose a menu or a la carte. Friends ate pheasant and deer and they liked them too.

We spotted this restaurant from a canal boat, as we cruised along. A perfect location, now all we had to do was find it again. Very near the fish market. We both ordered from the prix fix menu at 35.50 euros. I had a steak with a sort of hash brown potato, delicious, she had Salmon. Soup to begin and...

Been to Bruges many times. (lived in Belgium 1978-1990). Had a memorable lunch at this accessible and we'll place restaurant in beautiful Bruges in late November meeting a friend we've known for almost 40 years and hadn't seen for 5 years. Chose Duc de Bourgogne purposely because of its history location and menu which provides wonderful cuisine whatever one's tastes...

A traditional style property in need of some TLC, some rooms quite dated and others have been refurbished. On the whole however this is a very comfortable establishment with a good breakfast. The location is spot on for the MAKT and other main attractions. The staff very friendly and car parking in the municipal is but a few hundred yards...

Lovely old hotel in centre of Brugge. It could do with some updating in areas but some of the rooms have been upgraded. Nonetheless the hotel is very cosy and homely. Small but adequate breakfast and friendly staff makes for a comfortable stay. Great location for exploring the city and close to car park.
