Really friendly & helpful staff, comfortable hotel. Breakfast good and the bar very pleasant, especially at happy hour - thanks for a great stay! Bruges beautiful but quite expensive. Overall, strongly recommended.

We stayed in a triple room which was very spacious, modern, and clean. The staff were friendly and it was great to have parking in the hotel grounds. Bruges centre was only a short walk away - we will stay here again!

stayed near this hotel last year so wanted to stay on this occasion with friends as it looked like a contemporary hotel and I know the location just a 5 minute walk from the central square. The welcome staff were great and sorted the rooms out calmly and politely. The room itself was very dark and not much room around...

I was due to travel to Bruges tomorrow and booked the hotel for the 5 of us for Sunday. However, I came to look at the passports and my daughters had expired. I managed to alter the ferry for a small fee, but the hotel refused to change the date and charged me full price £219., even though they had...

We do however point out that discounted, non-refundable rates and the cancellation protection offered by travel insurances exist for a reason. Amending bookings regardless, even when there are...

Hotel is 5 minutes walk to central squares. Carparking is extra. No breakfast as 19 euros each which seemed steep so we ate out in a cafe. Room had kettle with tea coffee and biscuits. Deep bath with overhead shower. Quiet location with comfy bed.

A fantastic hotel - staff absolutely lovely and a great bar with delicious cocktails and clean, spacious rooms and a nice little swimming pool, which the kids really enjoyed. Thank you for making our trip so special.

First impressions count and making our way from the car park to the reception area we received a friendly greeting from some hotel cleaning staff. The warmth continued at reception where, although we arrived early, the receptionist took time to explain our room would be ready later in the day then armed us with a map which she marked up...

Hotel is just a three minute walk from the historic town square. It is a smart modern building in great condition. The bar is very plush it has a lovely ambience and is popular with the locals. Swimming pool is small but fun (at least they have one!). Bedroom was very impressive. It was very spacious and decked out with...
