Ideal hotel for a weekend Christmas market break. Walking distance to town centre where markets are held but still far enough away to be quite and peaceful. Good range at breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good value for money

My wife and I have just returned from a weekend in Bruges. We stayed at your hotel room 209 from 27/01 till 29/01. When we arrived we were given a twin room, when we clearly booked a double bed, and the heater in the bathroom was damaged, so it was freezing there. However this is not important as it was...

At first glance this hotel seemed to have a few mixed reviews, but we needed a cheap place to stay in Bruges and from the pictures this hotel seemed more than adequate for our needs. It in fact far exceeded them! The hotel itself is a lovely building and the it was spotlessly clean, from the reception to our room....

Free parking outside the hotel, you need a blue disc from reception which costs 5 euros deposit, this gives you four hours free parking but must be reset, needed between Monday to Saturday, parking is free Sundays. Hotel check in was easy. The gentleman who booked me in was fantastic, unsure of his name but he wore glasses and had...

Very friendly reception on arrival, and given a map which was a blessing! The hotel is well located if you like to have a little stroll as we do. This encouraged us to explore further afield than the main centre. The brochures available were also really well chosen and we went to a couple of places from this. Your card...

The pillows were not good made for a bad nights sleep, the hotel should invest in quality...

We only stayed the one night but the hotel was clean, tidy and comfortable. We had a fab nights sleep (What more can you ask for when you are busy sightseeing?!) We arrived early and the reception team were lovely, we couldn't check in but they took our luggage until we could check in. The only downside was breakfast, the...

The hotel was nice and quiet. Perfect halt for the night. The receptionist who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. However he did forget to mention that breakfast was not included in the price of the booking. It ended up being a bit of a surprise when it came to paying the bill. It would have been fine if...
