We stayed here while on a European vacation. We visited several cities and stayed in several nice hotels, but this was our favorite for many reasons. The hotel is very nice, quaint and truly captures the "feel" of Bruges. Our room was nestled on the third floor with a breathtaking view of the city. It was clean and very cozy....

In the dead centre of the wonderful medieval city of Bruges is this hotel. And it is wonderful - possibly a bit pricey but rooms are large and beautifully furnished.

The location of this hotel is superb: it's in the middle of the center of Brugge at the side of the canal. The room was nicely decorated and clean . Breakfast was OK and there was a lot of choice. The staff is well-trained, friendly and efficient. In the morning, one of the personnel asked us which museum we were...

Stayed here with my sister at the end of March and was impressed by the facilities and staff On check in, the receptionist was friendly and efficient. We were allocated a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the car park (aka court yard) The room was a good size, had 2 queen sized beds and tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, the restaurant...

We stayed for 2 nights last week after a bargain last minute find online. We had our 2 year old with us so I was a little anxious, as you just never know with hotels how set up they are for little ones. We had room 138 which was the most beautiful room, massive! They put an extra bed in...

This will be a new and unexpected experience for you: rent a hotel room and be assured that you can't sleep ! Be sure to ask for Room 41 which is a sub-street level room, it has two single pane windows whose sills are level with the pedestrian walk plus one old door in wood, permanently closed and also ill...

The hotel is very beautifully decorated. We had a very large room with a wonderful bathroom (Bath and shower). Service was very polite and helpful. Spa is small but does the trick although could do with a cold plunge pool for after the sauna. The only thing I felt was missing was tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Location was...

beautiful hotel, really special. we booked this for our 5th wedding anniversary and paid extra for the canal view. we were put in beautiful top floor room, unfortunately this meant small window that you had to stand directly at to look out down to the canal. it was a roof top view effectively, so not worth the extra 25 euros...
