Loved this hotel for the beautiful decor and overall coziness. Very comfortable, rooms were clean, tidy and cozy. Breakfast was excellent, much more than you would expect. Spa was a nice treat. The staff were very helpful and always going the extra mile. Would definitely come back to this hotel. Reasonable rates with over-the-top delivery on service and fanciness.

Clean, comfortable room, warm and friendly staff, great amenities and high quality breakfast. We were enthusiastic about this hotel, definitely a great place to stay right in the heart of a historic gem.

Stayed for 2 nights between Christmas and New Year. Very centrally located and a great base to most of the sights in Bruges. Stayed in a garden room (accessed through the parking area - odd but nice and quiet). Room was well decorated. Bathroom could have done with an upgrade (shower curtain wasn't really 4*). Some English TV channels which...

Lovely quaint hotel, we were on 3rd floor and room had beams running through which was very decorative. Bathroom very spacious and great courtesy l'occitane toiletries. Plenty of towels and beds very comfortable. So central to all tourist attraction. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh and served until 10.30. Staff were very helpful and polite. Especially Bjorn on reception

Expected more from a 4star hotel and for the price paid, out of four pillows only one was decent, called reception to ask for different pillows and was told they are all the same.... Carpet in room stained and was surprised to see a plastic shower curtain in the bathroom....with dirty borders, normally hotels have glass panels for higiene reasons?....

From the first moment we walked in the staff were friendly, efficient and very welcoming. We walked from the station and if you don't mind pulling cases over cobbles (which is fine) it really isn't that far. The hotel is in a great place, walking distance from everywhere but in a quiet enough area that when you do want quiet...

The hotel is superbly situated for access to all the attractions. Staff are extremely pleasant and nothing is too much trouble for them. Hotel is amazing. If you do stay here, please try the Wasabi nuts that are offered courtesy of the hotel bar!

We had a room on the second floor at the back so quiet with lovely views over the roofs of Bruges. Probably need more staff on reception as reception staff also ran the bar and sometimes one could wait a while to be served in the bar. A note on the bar to say ask at reception would have helped!...

Thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at Oud Huis de Peellaert. Both the hotel and Bruges surprised us and are well-kept secrets. We would love to return for three or four days at least. The hotel is charming, well furnished and very comfortable. Our room was large, very clean and comfortable; really cannot think of any negatives. Breakfast was excellent;...

The hotel was good and the room fine but I am very dissapointed with the parking. I paid the private parking place and the parking place for my car was so small, that I couldn't get out of my car and the next car was about 3cm away from my door. The owners have to reduce the parking places from...
