This hotel was amazing, it is owned and run by a family, we mainly dealt with the daughter who was lovely but the elderly parents were so charming. The hotel itself is a beautiful building but decorated tastefully and modern. We stayed in a room for three people which was very clean with big beds, the bathroom was spotless and...

Modern rooms in a beautiful old building. We had three different rooms and all were finished and equipped to a high standard. Friendly family staff. Great location close to centre. Fresh, tasty continental breakfast with plenty of selection. Close to railway station . Taxi 10 euros or less if pre booked. Have already booked another stay! No hesitation in recommending.

The hotel location was perfect, the room was apparently very comfortable and "boutique" in feel and style. the owners were charming and could not...

hotel Alegria is an excellent hotel, a stone's throw from the main square in Bruges. It is not particularly easy to spot ( a relatively inconspicuous sign on a door to what appears, on first glance, to be a shop) but it is certainly worth finding! The room we were in (24) was at the back and had a pleasant...

Veronique couldn't have been more attentive or welcoming and we were thrilled by our large room and fabulous breakfast- replete with fresh squeezed orange juice and a lovely garden setting. The hotel was perfectly located near the central square and everything was within walking distance. I...

The hotel has a very high quality finish. Excellent attention to detail. Ideally located. Secure parking Breakfast was great with high quality cheese, meats and bread. The owners take real pride in their hotel and are extremely welcoming. Unfortunately because of the central location, our room looked out onto a street with quite a few noisy revellers making their way...
