Stayed here for two nights while in Bruges. Inn keeper was especially nice and accommodating. Was a great resource for local sights. Room was ok. Nothing spectacular (not a complaint or criticism), but it was clean, quiet, and comfortable at a very reasonable price. Breakfast had a great selection. I would must definitely stay here again. Liked that we were...

I stayed in the Cavalier Hotel in September during my week long travel through four European countries. Run by Viviane, who was brilliant in every way from the start to the finish. I had several enquiries prior to staying, and Viviane was more than happy to assist with my late check in and ensure that my stay was as smooth...

The bus from the train station will take you to the main square. The hotel is a short walk from the main square. The only issue we had was no air conditioner. We just had one fan. Overall, great location and owner was super sweet and helpful. Delicious breakfast too!

Excellent location, very friendly and accommodating owner. Spacious and clean rooms with good en-suite. Very good breakfast, with all you could need. Great value for money, right in the heart of Bruges. Underground parking within 200m.

75 euro for a double bed and breakfast is great value in such an expensive city. Its literally located behind the square so is a great location. Rooms are dated and really need an update but it is clean. The windows do let in a draught from underneath. Breakfast is adequate with an egg boiled on request. Worth a go...

Great location and clean, breakfast was ok, comfortable bed. If you're lucky enough maybe they'll put you on the first floor, cause stairs are quite steep. Quite noisy neighbourhood. My biggest complaint is lack of free wifi. It's the 21st century, who's heard of 5 euro a day for wifi?

I visited Bruges ( quite expensive city, indeed) with my family and we need a big room for four. My husband discovered this little but very nice hotel almost in Market Square (really central position) with honest prices...the room was a surprise...after grimping on a pair of really challenging stairs ( my poor knees), we arrived in a nice big...

Me and my friends had an amazing time in Bruges, definitely as a result of our stay in Hotel Cavalier. The location of the Hotel is excellent, right behind the Market square and very close to many restaurants, shops and bars. We were sleeping at the back of the hotel and did not experience any problems with noise. The street...

Hotel Cavalier is situated in a very central location, only 5 mins walk from the central square. Car parking at Biekorf was inexpensive, at around €9 per day, and is only a 3 minute walk to the hotel. The welcome and service was really good, with a great breakfast provided. We stayed in one of the top rooms ( room...

We stayed here for one night. As others have mentioned there is no elevator and the stairs are fairly steep. The room was very spacious compared to most other places in Europe that we've stayed. The owner was friendly, welcoming, and even made us a pack lunch to go since we had to leave very early before breakfast was served....
