From the very attractive boutique hotel entrance door, to the perfect location, to the warm owner welcome, to the cozyness of the room..everything is superb!!!!!! We spent an unforgettable week end, captured by the pleasant medieval atmosphere and by the beauties of the old house. We would have loved to stay longer. The breakfast is rich and abondant and is...

My husband and I just returned from a trip to Amsterdam, Bruges and Paris. We found The Bonifacius on line and it exceeded our expectations. Located in a narrow cobblestone road on the lip of a canal in this beautiful, historically important town, everything about the place was exceptional. Owned by the most gracious owner, Lynne, we were treated so...

If you are thinking of booking this place, think no longer, just book it, you wont be disappointed. We had the Junior Suite and it was spacious, nice, quite and warm (we had snow) the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom large and well appointed with quality fittings . I booked the canal side room for my husband's birthday after reading some excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. There is a very special atmosphere in Bruges and to be in the heart of such an historic setting for even two nights is a wonderful thing. Lyne has done such a great job with the decor in this private...

We stayed for a couple of nights in this wonderful guesthouse for our wedding anniversary, shortly before Christmas. The location could not have been bettered. It was so central, within easy walking distance of everything. It was beside a small and ancient bridge, and the guesthouse itself is so picturesque that tourists stop to take photos. Our room was magnificent;...

The Bonifacius Guesthouse was an ideal choice for us. We stayed for 7-days over Christmas. The location is pretty central, a short walk to everything of interest. Yet, it is a quiet, peaceful location at night. Lyne Vanhaecke, the owner, is charming and accommodating. More than willing to help you with anything you may need, eg., she made Christmas day...

We enjoyed Bruges even more than expected which was in no small part to our stay at Guesthouse Bonifacius. It's a pretty old town and being able to stay in a place filled with such charm and character really enhanced the experience. The location is fantastic with the major sights, brewery, good bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance,...
