First impressions were very good, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room very nice and spacious, clean and with a nice view of the courtyard. The location is very good for getting to the centre on foot and also if arriving by car which we did and the hotel provide secure parking a short distance away for a fee of...

The location of this hotel really makes it. A short taxi ride from the station, and a very brief walk to the main square. The room was spacious for our family of three, especially the bathroom with a lovely free standing bath (no shower). The breakfast had a good range of cold meats and cheese and they offer eggs. Arriving...

Hotel Boterhuis is in an excellent location, very central but noise was not an issue. Our room 'Room 4' was large with a king size bed, plenty of room to move around and a large bathroom, it was clean and well equipped, with a small balcony with a view of the Belfry. Our room was serviced daily by the efficient...

I stumbled upon the Boterhuis Hotel quite by accident. What a great find. Young Julian at the front desk was very kind and helpful as was all the rest of the staff. I stayed in Room # 10 which has it's own private terrace. The room was very quiet and the amenities more than adequate. Great breakfast is included. The...

Spent 2 nights in Brugge with older members of the family. The hotel was very accommodating in providing rooms for our elder parents who had mobility limitations. When we first turned up, the hotel did not offer very much from the road. However, we were nicely surprised when we were met with lovely, helpful receptionist, large rooms and modern bathrooms....

A warm and friendly welcome and as we were early we were allowed to leave our belongings in the rooms before they were prepared, which saved us carrying them around. Car park along the road which was good value and safe to leave the car over night. A great modern hotel with lovely showers and big rooms. Breakfast was lovely...

This is a quaint cosy hotel a few hundred metres from the main square. Rooms and bathroom are a great size and renovated a few years ago. Bed was very comfortable however they could make it better if they updated pillows to American style and new throw cushions and covers as they are a bit worn. Janitor brush in bathroom...

Great location close to Mkt Sq. Very friendly staff (had a family run feel) and clean. Ideal for a short break with a typical Bruges huis feel. Breakfast was simple continental style. There was a cosy bar too.

This is a great little hotel. Located within a short walk to all the sites of Brugge, with a very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was spotless and the continental breakfast was more than adaquate. Would recommend anytime and would stay again

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location, clean and tidy, more than adequate breakfast to start the day off well. Staff were very helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend and stay again, underground parking 2 mins away was also a bonus.
