Our room was fine with access to a balcony. Owners were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was tremendous, English or Continental, however the Continental selection available was EXCELLENT which made the choice no contest! Owners gave us a card to park as certain times outside the B&B. The town centre is beautiful, The Menham Gate very moving. The Museums excellent....

We used this B&B as a base whilst visiting Ypres. It is a comfortable 10 minute walk to the centre where you will find most of the tourist sites including shop bars and restaurants. The room are of a good size although the bathrooms are compact. The staircase is very steep and would be difficult to access if elderly or...

Met by freindly host who sorted a small mistake with booking completely hassle free. Stairs & corridor very clean & tidy, room too was spotless with little touches that made our stay little bit more nice. Shower was good facilities excellent, the bed was 2 singles strapped together so in night slipped towards middle but was ok & still slept...

Great location. 10 minute walk to centre of town. Lovely room with very good amenities. Great breakfasts. Helpful owners. The lady actually did some washing for me. Outdoor patio and garden area. No off street parking but there were plenty of parks available on the street. Good value, although mind the tourist tax when you go and pay the bill....

I looked for a suitable B&B as I wanted to visit the Menin Gate for the Last Post. A very friendly welcome, and shown to a nice clean room. A blue disk was provided for free street parking. Breakfast was excellent. The home made Poppy jam is recommended to everyone to try.

We had a fabulous night in the Ter Vesten whilst on a road trip round Belgium and The Somme. We had room 4, the family room which was up a flight of stairs and then accessible via a tight spiral staircase. The room was spotless with everything we needed. Had a very comfortable night sleep in the huge bed! Breakfast...

The room was spotless! Breakfast can be taken in the manicured garden, or inside in the kitchen. There is a huge choice, enough to last beyond lunchtime! It is just a short walk to the Menin gate. This is a really tranquil find in a perfect location on any battlefields trip.

We had been on holiday in France and booked a two night stay in Ypres to complete our trip. We both wanted to visit the Menin Gate and also Ypres is within easy reach of Calais. The owners were both very friendly and helpful, they also spoke excellent English. There was a shared roof terrace area which was lovely and...

This a really well run B&B about seven minutes walk to the center of Ypres/Ieper where the tourist information, the beautiful church and the Menen Gate are located. Our host and hostess were extremely friendly, and breakfast is a sumptuous spread, continental style. For those who want bacon and eggs as well, they will happily cook that. The garden is...
