I was a little nervous about coming here when I read the reviews but I needn't have worried. The position of the site is great, being close to the town, the ramparts and cycle paths. The facilities were a little dated but warm and clean and if you have kids they are well catered for with play areas and an...

Booked here purely on convenience of position, without looking at reviews. Shortly before array wife read some rather depressing reviews which made me think that I had made a serious mistake. How wrong wr were. Site is easy to find. Hard standing for motorhomes is what it says. Block paved areas where you do not have to cross a muddy...

Been many times, a very good site with all amenities, very handy to walk to the Menin Gate and into Ypres. All pitches on site are hard standing, with the use of heavy plastic netting, very useful for the time of year that we visit.

Ypres camping, this under estimated site has everything, within easy walking distance to the town and Menin gate, we arrived on Saturday the staff were friendly and very helpful ended up staying an extra night, we will stay here again, as the tent area is ideal, motorhomes are well catered for, the toilet facilities are clean and very practical

This campsite is convenient for a visit to Ypres but beware that the motorhome pitches are basically a car park with ehu, no room for anything else. That said, for one night it was fine and if I was going to go back (probably will) I would book a tourer pitch and stay longer. One of the facilities blocks was...

Arrived on 19th Aug 16. Easy to book on the Internet, ask for touristico if you require electric hook up. Shower/toilet block very clean. There are 4 camping pods available and look great. Only 10 minutes from town centre. Super site.

A pleasant stay. A nice site with a short walk to town. The pitches are ample and facilities are good. I don't like the automated book in and we struggled to leave due to automated barriers. The pitches and site work well I would rather pay in advance and collect my card to know it will be present. This would...

Been here a few times. But on this occasion I decided to hire a camping Hut. I usually camp, but decided with 2 kids in tow this time a upgrade may be more fun. The huts are very warm. Sleeping wise it has a bunkbed and a single /Double (second bed is tucked under the first). I would bring pillowcases...

We have visited this camp site twice now for visits to the WW1 battlefields in Ypres. Small pitch sizes but clean and great location for Ypres. Beware reception is usually shut after mid-day until about 4pm so don't arrive too early or you will be left sitting outside the barriers. Reception staff are not friendly however the toilet and shower...

Good sits to visit Ypres and the surrounding area, site basic it served our needs . We were in a tent on a touristic pitch next to the toilet block. The toilets were clean but a bit shabby and with 3 showers and 2 toilets it could get a bit busy . One thing that does need mentioning is the noise...
